I thought you would've known that, Spidey. I've done the same to you. :woot:

Another director change for The Flash? Is this movie cursed or something? Darn!

I don't know for some reason I misread that interaction. It's the internet cut me some slack.

If Batman and Aquaman come out in 2018 that's still two movies in 2018.

guys, lets all just calm down and watch the shining on IFC. completely uncut!

speaking of IFC, did you guys know they have a Rotten Tomatoes themed movie day called "Too rotten to miss" where they show films that receive rotten ratings

perhaps in a few years they'll have a DCEU marathon!

forgive me, just trying to lighten the mood :woot:

Very funny.

You mustn't be working hard if you have time to post here. Are you still drawing pictures that nobody else cares about?

This and JL are the only DC movies I'm somewhat interested now after the dissapointment with BvS (I still liked it more than others, but  and I thought Suicide Squad ,more or less, sucked.

Really curious to see who they get to direct now and who else joins the cast.

When does production start
I think for Ant-Man the announcement of Edgar's departure was May 23 and a Peyton's by June 7 for an August production date.

I heard as early as January. At least that was the plan...

Apparently, Alex Garland is a big Flash fan.

He might be my favorite choice now :drl:

Seems that way.

Here's Collider's report in case it hasn't already been posted,

The Russo Bros. are puppets for Disney
so it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Show me one DCEU good as Civil War and Winter Soldier? Oh yeah, they don't have one.

The Marvel directors get more freedom than the DC directors. And these directors also get to have their names attached to movies that aren't embarrassing.

The Marvel directors seem to get a certain amount of freedom based on how much Feige trust them. The directors earn more slack, the better the film they produce. Still, it all comes down to Feige.

Civil War is so boring, predictable and underwhelming to me. The Winter Soldier is awesome, though. I love it. I hope that the Russos can make another Cap "solo" movie. Bucky, Falcon, Sharon and, maybe even, Black Widow, can be there. But that's it.

MOS is better than civil war and WS to me. I like them all but MOS is a near masterpiece. In ten years this movie is going to be appreciated more more than it is today. It's one of the greatest first contact sci fi movies in the history of cinema.

It was a miracle Ant-man turned out the way it did. We'll see what happens with this, certainly fascinating.
They still used a bunch of Edgar Wrights stuff in Reed's version which is why Wright got story and executive producer credits.

I think they might ditch Rick's stuff for Flash which is why the movie could be delayed.
Alex Garland will not be WB puppet.
Yep. If you have ever watched a Garland interview you know he isn't a guy to be pushed around and doesn't take any nonsense. He seems a really blunt and to the point kind of guy.

Still better than The Crow remake.
Of the Highlander remake :cwink:

I disagree.

Well, he predicted his own future with this flick.

Who do you guys think will be the next director to drop out?
