Yes, me too but we haven't really got a clear shot of him either. He could also be a special drone as well and not be "the" Ultron.

Sure, and even if he is Ultron, that may be just a stand-in for reference, and not the actual cg movie version.
 
Does it matter if his costume doesn't change if it was fine already?

Obviously.

It's pretty clear though when they're putting a cloak over him after shooting that it's Ultron.
 
I'm curious to see how the story gets Thor back onto the team.

Feige is probably waiting to announce whoever is going to be in Ant Man before showing up on set.

Yes, but Hemsworth said that he wasn't going to start shooting his part of the movie for a while, when they are in London.

This. They do have history, as I have posted on the Ant Man thread. Another suggestion has been that he replace Everett Ross in Black Panther.
