Damn, I wanna read the discussions about the new set pic, but I have stumbled on several TWS spoilers.

Guess I'm outta here till I've seen that one.

What spoilers? I think people have been pretty good about tagging the spoilers

Yeah. In fact they all looked so good 1st time, the only guy I think has a fair amount of room for improvement is Avengers Cap and he already looks great in WS. Hope they adapt some of that for his Avengers 2 look.

Agree... I hope Whedon doesn't waste such great designs in favor of another cheesy one.

I don't know if I'd call it a SHIELD jumpsuit. More like a jumpsuit he chose to wear while working at SHIELD. Like Widow, they don't wear the typical SHIELD garb. They use their own suits and slap a SHIELD patch on it.

For sure. I'd more or less like to see the patch removed, and a bit of color added to Hawkeye with some goggles.

His & Black Widow's outfits aren't really loud and proud superhero outifts like the rest but the other SHIELD guys aren't really wearing the same aside from beng low key and dark. Their current outfits seem like the kind of thing they would want to wear regardless of SHIELD. Hawkeye's 616 comic costume for eg I couldn't see working well.

It's not supposed to represent Serbia, but the fictitious Balkan state of "Sokovia," which is based on Marvel Comics' "Transia." Same part of the world, though.

I'm doubtful of the earthquake theory, too. Pretty sure this is all havoc 'n' destruction caused by Ultron and his robot legions.

Earthquake bit supposedly came from the call sheet. It probably said Earthquake-like simulations. Those cars rocking in one of the set videos kind of showcased that.

I saw the video of those cars rocking with that explosion in the background...to me, it gave the impression of Quicksilver racing past at superspeed, and the explosions/rocking cars was the backwash or whatever you call it. Keep in mind that QS was part of that scene, so....yeah.

True. Quicksilver racing by gave off an earthquake-like simulation. Just saying that's probably how the production described it while not exactly being an earthquake.

BTW, here's another set vid that I don't think was posted. One of the fleeing extras almost rocked her invisible baby out of the stroller.
