I dont have anymore theories beyond what Ive written before. I wont disagree with anyones ideas on how Ultron is created. But my own belief is that he will come from the Avengers side, not HYDRAs.

Note: Tony had JARVIS hack into SHIELDs network in Avengers. He could get any info he wanted and probably has been keeping tabs on them since then.

with Zola dead, theres really only one other person who could create an AI that turns out to be voiced by James Spader (hint: a co-star in 2 80s teen classics)

im not familiar with this whole storyline but the one on the right ...i dont know but design wise (from the leaked ultron set pics) there is a nod to this
