I highly doubt "miracles" will be the word to replace "mutants". I could see them being referred to as "special" or "gifted", but I doubt the rest of the Avengers and co will be referring to them as the "miracles".

I think DC Comics calls their "mutants", metahumans. But I don't know if they own the rights to that term or not.

"Metahuman" is an umbrella term for all kinds of superhumans though, not just mutants.
