they usually get hundreds(sometimes thousands depending on the actor) so most of the time they don't even see half of the tweets

If that's just a crew member between RDJ and SLJ, then she was very fortunate to be seated next to them and right in the front of the picture. She looks rather too pretty to be just a random crew member though.

Like a week before filming started Mackie said he hadn't heard anything. Could be lying but why? Why would Falcon being in it be some major spoiler?

They might just want to keep it as a fun surprise. If he is in though I wouldn't expect more than very small cameo.
