Thanks to the news of yesterday.

As expected, as soon as the season finale of Agents of SHIELD ended, all of this news would start to pour in.

Great to see these 3 together! I hope they have a cool scene here that really establishes them as the "Big 3" for the casual viewer.

I LOL a little at the fact that since Cap suit has already been seen, they don´t care about covering it up any more, and the more I see it the more I like it.

I wonder if in this scene they will be addressing the recruits or having a convo between the three of them while the recruits train close by, it is not like they would have them running around while the three main actors rehearse their lines :P

I am guessing unemployed or cast off Shield agents (or any other qualified applicants, I suppose) hired by Tony & the Avengers to serve as support staff, quinjet pilots, security, etc. Would be a great way to introduce Carol Danvers, now that I think about it.

Yeah that'd be great. Or even if they introduce her in Agents of SHIELD. I hope we get Danvers soon rather than later

I'm guessing that these recruits are a new type of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents under Stark and their training is for obvious field work. I just it's a really small subplot in the film. We finally get the Avengers away from S.H.I.E.L.D. and then they bring in these newbs.

Once again we reacted too soon with the Quicksilver suit. Judging off the recent set pics, Quicksilver's "suit" isn't really even a costume, and shouldn't be judged as such. His outfit is similar to all of these other agents/recruits, just with a few tiny changes. If we see Quicksilver again after A2, I bet we'll get a more comics accurate costume.

I feel like these 'recruits' will be a thread of SHIELD, sort of like Maria Hill. SHIELD is such an integral part to Marvel and most Avengers comics, and they've pretty much been involved in every MCU movie so far and I feel like Whedon is almost obligated to include them in some shape or form.

But I hope they're not red shirts: just a bunch of random good guys who end up being killed off to show the viewers that things are "getting pretty dangerous".

I kind of hope it's not some sort of Academy or anything. I've never liked 'academy' or 'school' type of stuff. That's one reason I never liked the X-Men comics. I know everyone has their opinion, but that's my 2-cents.
