THOR is the freakin William Wallace maniac of the Asgardian etc realms, but I suppose he'd have pity for humans and not mess them up very bad. Hes not that kind of dude.

HONORABLE WARRIOR BROS: Cap and Thor

I meant on-screen (or implied off screen) in the mcu .

I guess implied off-screen again you don't mean the battles and stuff Thor has talked about,

anyways I would still go with Thor think of all the jotunns he took down at the start of the first film and then with the portal blast there were chitauri in the leviathans so that would have been a lot.

I suppose a question is do we give Iron Man credit for all the Chitauri/Leviathans that died/went down when he sent the nuke to the mothership?

Tony is actually more heroic/cooler than Cap right now because he simultaneously saved NYC and said FU to Thanos and the Chitauri. Caps saved people which is great but he hasnt messed with Thanos' bizness directly yet save for fighting a few chitauri

Thanos couldn't care less about Earth though. His business was the Tesseract

Do you know what, i have always felt that Stark was a bit harsh, he nuked the Chitauri when they were just doing what they were told. Pretty sad :csad:

True but Cap didn't nuke them, Thor prevented Loki from wiping out the frost giants but was fine with IM nuking the Chitauri, i dunno but it always kind of irked me a little

Hydra was just following orders too :p
I've been at the mercy of men just following orders!

Cap took down a Shield and Hydra (well most of it anyways:oldrazz:), your argument is invalid.:o

They had an option between Nuking NYC or Nuking the Chiatauri.....

They had an option between Nuking NYC or Nuking the Chiatauri.....

Or taken it out of the stratosphere possibly, or just send it through the wormhole without throwing it at the Chitauri, I dunno perhaps i am a Chitauri sympathiser or something

As a New Yorker I feel they made the right choice. :woot:

"Following orders" or not the Chitauri were invading our planet and murdering our people so they're a bit low on the sympathy index.

Except for that moment he tried to smash Cap with mjolnir having no idea that the shield would protect him...

Did this get posted at all? Just an interesting little blurb, will be interesting to see what Mark does with what he's learned from Andy :)

Q&A: Andy Serkis Talks ‘Apes’ and ‘Avengers’
You’re involved with both “The Avengers: Age of Ultron” and “Star Wars Episode VII.”

The Imaginarium is the performance capture consultant, and I’m playing a role (in both films). On ‘The Avengers,’ I’ve been working closely with Mark Ruffalo.

-------------

Mark Ruffalo has played the Hulk before. Why does he need coaching?

Performance capture was used on the previous “Hulk,” but not to the same extent Mark is using it now. There are tools and ways of working with an actor that makes them feel that they own the character. And a character the size of the Hulk needs ownership, which Mark has now.

That'd be cool, maybe just slightly jab at them (think Bruce Lee's one inch punch) sending them flying across the set.

So here's a random question for everyone .......

Would they ever show Thor hitting a human (like a Hyrda agent) with his Mjolnir? I mean theoretically that would turn into one giant bloody mess wouldn't it?
In the Avengers, Thor hits the chitauri with the hammer while fighting. They don't go flying around or explode upon impact. For reference black widow and Captain America fight them hand to hand and still hurt them.
Who has the highest HUMAN (or sentient humanoid) kill count? I think Cap has the edge now.

I think with that one Portal move...Thor has the highest kill count in TA....
nice try but. ...no. that move was nothing compared to the destruction iron man brought them at the end of avengers.

Iron man didn't fire that missile though, he just redirected it ;)

WSC ftw!

Oh the chitauri did go flying back when Thor hit them alright. Cap is a super solider, of course he'd hurt them fighting hand to hand. Widow used their own weapons against them. Correct me if I'm wrong but she never threw a punch at the chitauri that hurt them. :oldrazz:

They sad TWS had the biggest tie in to AOU

So, now that you have watched TWS a zillion times :woot:, what in your opinion leads to AOU?

- "An AI that keeps rewriting itself ?" (for some reason when Natasha said that, I couldnt help but to think Ultron

- Bad guys plan B after Project Insight failed?

- Tony privatizing global security? (Hill was hired by SI, and in an AOS episode, she mentions that he privatized global security)

- the Government forced to create Ultron after Widow blew them off? "You won't arrest us, because you need us". So if they have Ultron to protect Earth, they won't need the Avengers anymore

- Zola's algorithm evolving? the Avengers were identified as a threat by the algorithm; so if it's the case here, that would explain why the Twins team up with the rest of the team (unless Thor finds and uses the scepter to set their minds free of Hydra's control)

IDK, lol

it came from HIS weapon

Bit not from him. Got it.

Thor directed the lightning like iron man directed the nuke.

The nuke didn't come from Iron Man like the lightning didn't come from Thor. Thor didn't manifest that lightning from nothing. It came from mother Earth and he redirected it, much like the nuke was in a way. Not to mention Thor probably shocked a ton of people in the b building to death.

Well I guess now you're gonna be questioning the science of how exactly Thor summons lightning.:whatever:
