I'm waiting for those pizza memes to start rearing their heads again.

Yes I just learned that Cavill is an out of shape alcoholic and Ben Affleck is a fat slob. Clearly nobody will be ready in time.

Cavill will be fine although you're dead on about the latter. Currently Ben Affleck is looking like a hot mess but that's the keyword "currently". There's a good amount of time to drop a chunk of that weight.

These are just observations of the now. No reason to get your jimmies rustled.

Filming doesn't start for a couple of months and some are acting like it starts tomorrow, I find that to be silly.

He looks so much better with the stubble.

Clean shaven affleck as Bruce is fine, but with the cowl on does not look good at all.

I think it's funny when people say things like this, because no one (aside from possibly Kevin Smith and the people working on the film) has seen what Ben Affleck looks like wearing the Batman cowl and suit.

You've seen him without stubble in the Daredevil mask, and you've seen a ridiculous amount of computer manipulations of the lower portion of Affleck's face inserted onto various renderings of Batman. How could anyone truly know if he looks good or bad with/without the stubble until we actually see it? Basically, for now, it just comes down to what people WANT or HOPE to see.

Btw, I can't believe I'm having a serious conversation about a grown man's stubble...

How about the Paul Pope design from Batman: Year 100nfor MOS2?

I never said he was an out of shape alcoholic, it's ok if you don't know or care about how alcohol affects ones body while physically training, but now you're putting words in my mouth.

And here's the Bermejo one... this suit ROCKS for Fleck. I think some of the ones I posted a couple pages ago are better, but whatever. It's setting our hopes too high to expect a truly 100% traditional suit will be what we get. A combination of Bermejo and New 52 is MORE than good enough, and probably more appropriate to the slightly more brutal weary and tech (drone?) oriented Batman we've been hearing about...

That's an awesome manip.

GAHHHHHHHHHHH I love this arrrrghhh from whence does this AMAZING image come? I've been searching the whole interwebs for bases for Flecking and this is just AMAZING.

Sorry. Must calm myself. Best way to calm myself = putting Ben Affleck's face into that image. Will do so now.

Also, as to:

I can only hope and pray that that's the Batman we're getting. If you notice, it's the New 52 suit, but Bermejo'd. Same gauntlets and lines as on the new 52, but with his style. I think it looks GREAT. Is it my fav? No, you guys know I like him sleeker than that. But I think it hits all of the basics - including the white eyes (duck for cover!) The ears are fine. If that's the suit we get... GAME ON. Will give that a good Flecking after I'm done with the above image.
This is basically a perfect costume. It's not my favorite bat symbol, but everything else is perfect.

@BattleAngel: The image is from May's Secret Origins #2. I mentioned that a few pages back.

It does have an effect while training.....if you abuse it....like drinking 6 beers a week and knock down long islands 3 times a week.

A glass of wine or two or a beer a week, doesn't have that much of an negative effect while training. Depending on the body type and whether or not someone is competing or something.
