Do you think repeating the same sentence over and over again will help convince everyone that what you're saying is fact?

I repeat myself because apparently I'm frequently misunderstood by those who only see what they want me to be saying rather than what I actually am saying. Like you in this same post continue to think real-world functionality is a big criteria for me when I'm actually responding to those defending the suit who argued that its "real-world functionality" was one of its strengths. It makes for a nice straw man against me but it isn't really relevant if you pay attention to what I'm saying.

When I first saw the suit, the awful feeling in my gut wasn't because of the suit itself so much as the realization that I'd have to avoid the Hype for a few days.

God, Snyder better nail the suit or there will be blood.

Idk, to me, it feels like they really took the "knight" concept to heart. I see the new suit as a knight's armor.

And, looks like he hasn't lost any of his classic iconography

Don't worry, no squabble will be started. I just think some folks are forgetting that this new suit is coming from a series that gave us this...

....as Bane. The Arkham game series hasn't exactly been shy or afraid to give us some designs that are "over the top". I don't believe Affleck's new Batsuit will reflect this new game design.

Yeah, they do have a "large" theme going on. I guess I'd rather batman wasn't included in that. But, it's not a big deal. Costumes like this in a game don't bother me as much as it would in a movie. In a game, I'm busy trying not to get my character killed half the time anyways.

It does look better in the top photo. Still not my preference, but sleeker.

The bottom one is neat. I'd like this imagery in a movie.

Yeah, they do have a "large" theme going on. I guess I'd rather batman wasn't included in that. But, it's not a big deal. Costumes like this in a game don't bother me as much as it would in a movie. In a game, I'm busy trying not to get my character killed half the time anyways.

Bane was so awesome in Origins, a shame that City/Asylum continuity forced them to butcher him at the end. He also actually put up a good fight.

From what I've heard "Arkham Knight" is actually supposed to be the name of a character that's going to appear in the game.

I agree. For all the negativity surrounding Origins, it had some wonderful bright spots.

The only negative thing about Origins is it's glitchy as all hell, which is so damn depressing. It would otherwise be my favorite game in the series thus far.

But you know. Having to reboot my XBox every fifteen minutes due to freezing takes its toll on my enthusiasm .

The pic with him over the skyline looks like he's in the old suit.

And if I remember correctly, you start off with the AA/AC suit.

It's very pretty, but it's a terrible batsuit. Fortunately, the Arkham games of always been plagued by silly character models, and it hasn't stopped them from being awesome.

My copy was fine thankfully.

The only issue I had with Origins was that the sidequests weren't as interesting and the gameplay didn't really bring anything new to the table in terms of moves or gadgets, besides the electro gloves.

The story and the characters on the other hand were superb. It's actually the most well written of the three games IMO. The Boss fights were also some of the series best. Deathstroke, Bane and Firefly being the standouts.

It looks like the general thugs don't look so over the top anymore which is good. I wasnt' a fan of the general goons having the body of Superman.
