"Check his wallet."
That is the single funniest line in that film.

It's just not possible to pull of such visually striking, epic cinematography shots like this with a clunky rubber suit. The most we got from the TDK suit was him standing in rubble.
This looks very niceI'd change the color scheme and a few other things, but this is a decent armor over mesh style.

Agreed, looks like a streamlined TDK/R suit, I personally prefer the oval, though. This looks very nice

In a sense that is a good solution, but I am personally against Batman being invulnerable in his suit, anyway. I just don't think that is what is "cool" about Batman. His intrigue as a (non)superhero is the fact that he uses his prime mental and physical conditioning to accomplish feats that only a (real)superhero otherwise could. Killing the lights, throwing in smoke bombs, moving silently through gunfire to erupt from the darkness and crush his prey with a swift, silent movement...that's what's "cool" about Batman. I have no interest in seeing him play with the invincibility cheat on.
I say armor underneath!
I may be missing something, but in the context of the film, all we know is the suits themselves can withstand damage while being worn by the Kryptonians, not how much energy is being tranferred through them to the wearer. So how do we know that a human would be invulnerable wearing one? Any flexible material, no matter how durable, only offers up so much protection. Like people wearing kevlar can still have broken ribs and damaged organs.
All it might be good for on a human is protection from penetrating wounds, abrasions and extreme temperatures (fire), which are already staples of most comic batsuits. He'd still be vulnerable to blunt force trauma and crush injuries without a plate armor or exo-skeleton type suit.
Really I'm not even sure if visually I'd want Bruce wearing an actual Kryptonian suit, but it would make sense he'd want to get his hands on one to study and learn from, what scientist wouldn't?
Among other magnificent things like his delicious backside.I loved the suit in BB. TDK and rises not so much..It was too busy for me.
I'm hoping for one thats more smooth, without all the lines. if that makes sense.
And to be fair, i'm not crazy about all the lines on the side and back of cavill's suit either, but it least that was hid by the cape ( mostly)
