Though like others have mentioned, I would not be against the possible changing of costume or symbol in the movie. different bat suits for different occasions or perhaps since this is a seasoned Batman, a flashback scene showings a different costume from years earlier or something of that nature.

If they can make the yellow oval bat symbol work with whatever costume they're doing then I'd enjoy that. However if they don't go with the yellow I wouldn't exactly bat an eyelid so long as it's good.

Agreed, I know what I like, but will be happy no matter what as long as the final product looks good.

THAT is the bat symbol! LOOK at THAT! That GLORIOUS work or art and perfection and awsomeness! THAT is BATMAN!

Also, I cannot help but hear the Danny Elfman Batman theme when I look at that....sheer Batman in his purest form, right there, gents... THAT'S what we need for this picture!

A yellow outline around any batman symbol would be a good middleground.

I agree - that is a perfect work of graphic design! Simple, yet powerful! I mean it's right up there with the Superman symbol - maybe even more beautiful! I also agree that Danny Elfman's score was so perfect for that film. Hope that can capture that essence of fun and excitement in the next film!

Eh, I never cared for that symbol. I understand it's a classic, but I never liked the oval and I'm just tired of the logo itself. Of the variants of that template, the Hush logo is my personal favourite. I do really dig the BVS logo they presented, especially when it's manipped onto a suit. Assume they smooth down the edges of the wings in the finished thing, of course.

I can't stand utility belts like that though. It doesn't look like it can hold anything, let alone the myriad of gadgets and tools Batman would carry. It looks like it's solely for fashion.

I agree, though I do love the look of the tubes. The tubes work well when each contains its own little tubular device (ie test tubes, aerosols or a flashlight), but there is no way they can plausibly stow batarangs or the grapple gun. As I don't really want Batman to have a holster on his hip, I am content for them to appear by movie magic.

Speaking of utility belts, what do you all think about the bat symbol on the belt, similar to this picture? I personally don't think its necessary, but this batsuit is awesome so it can be pulled off.

Also, while I personally prefer the black bat symbol, I think this suit would be great for all you ellipse lovers. This suit makes it look damn good, can't complain about it.
