If anyone is so inclined, I’ve been seeing a lot of praise for this Voices From Krypton book on Twitter…

This energy. Make this the poster. If we’re facing accusations of superheroes being sexless, then the world needs to be reminded that Superman ****s.

I'd bet money he will be Jonathan.
Now if we could just get annette bening as Martha.

Oh my gosh could you imagine if they got Kurt for Jonathan (which is perfect by the way) and Goldie hawn for martha!

Always nice when the manips actually look like him lol.

I can't say I am interested in a Superman reboot where Krypton never exploded either, so I would have passed on it as well.

When MOS was close to coming out the clickbaiters ran with a story that Krypton doesn't blow up. (Now we know why) The rumor did not go over well with the faithful. Sounds awful to me.

Also, I know they’ve long held a working relationship, but… of all the comic writers to take a run at Superman with, Mark Millar??

At the time, this would have been an interesting take

i would definitely be intrigued by this sort of pitch

I think one of the JJ Abrams Superman scripts from 20 years ago, also had Krypton remaining in tact, and Jor El remained alive , but is eventually killed .

That was supposedly a mandate from Jon Peters at the time, because he was eager to do a space opera trilogy. That script ended with Clark leaving Earth for a war-torn Krypton, which would eventually be destroyed in a sequel.

Here's another good one from the same source.

This one from back in August isn't too bad either.

Gotta admit, David has the best hairline for Superman since Brandon Routh. I really hope James Gunn doesn't mess up by making David slick his hair back like Dean Cain and Henry Cavill.

That script even had Superman fighting the evil Kryptonian villain with mid-air martial arts, most likely because The Matrix was massively successful.

That was in an early version yeah, but was done away with in later drafts.

Polar bears Guarding the FoS would have been awesome. ( lol )
