Has a trailer been confirmed by Gunn. I don’t think we will get it tomorrow. First of all they have a presentation and second of all April 1st is not a good day for a trailer. I think we will get it closer to Sinner.

You might be right. But I've seen a lot of leaks for stuff that sounded like complete BS that turned out to be real. So who really knows.

Remember, The Batman plot and WW 84 were all leaked well in advance.

The Dark Knight as well. I read it like 6 months before the movie came out and thought it sounded like fake garbage. It worked way better in practice that I could have anticipated.

No, but WB's only big 4 quadrant blockbuster in the next couple of months is being released this weekend, so presumably this is their own option for rolling out the main trailer.

DC movies leak like it's suppose to happen. Think we had this with BvS and JL as well.

Well, I will say that if Gunn has chosen to go the silly route with this, he and Safran will deserve all the negativity coming their way.

That said, I refuse to believe he has chosen to do that. I think we are finally getting the Superman film that most of us have been waiting on.

There will be silly. How much of the movie is that, we don't know. But he didn't cast Fillion or included the Planet crew for there to not be silly.

People expecting no silliness in this were expecting a leopard to change his spots.

Thankfully, I consider silliness to be a part of Superman's core make-up that I love so much, so I'm not one of those people.

As for the leak, I'm not buying it due to a few discrepancies from things we know, but the only part I genuinely take umbrage with is the Jor-El part, which also feels like it could be misrepresented since they said Lex messed with it. And frankly even if it's not, I've seen Jor-El get ruined enough in both comics and other media at this point so that's a pretty easy disappointment for me to get over these days, so if it did turn out to be true, I still wouldn't be too worried tbh.

Humor does not have to be straight up silliness. Most Supes stuff has plenty of humor. He's a comic book character know for being a bit of a dork. Which is why My Adventures with Superman is peak.

Maybe it’s just me but I am looking forward to seeing “dorky” Clark and that stupid walk David is doing. It’s absolutely hilarious. Nathan playing Guy will have people rolling in the aisles and of course the Daily Panet crew. But after watching the teaser trailer and watching Supes wheeze and bleed, I can’t see how anyone sees this movie as silly. GOTG3 was far from silly.
