I also hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the people coming down on this movie aren’t just Snyder bros. My own sister thinks the suit looks bad, albeit Corenswet is cute

Gunn’s costume designed lowkey kinda failed, so he’s gonna have to rely on the actors themselves

I just don’t see people like Lindelof or Mundy wanting to “compromise”, or sign onto these projects with minimal oversight

Otherwise, Gunn would’ve just hired some film school yes man instead of two of some of the most accomplished showrunners in Hollywood

When Barry, Clark, and Bruce have to stop for ship repairs for the Javelin while stopping Gorilla Grodd in a little town in Ohio called Cleveland, Superman discovered how famous he was there. Clark rents a Victorian house there with their smart mouth elderly landlady and now they're HOT SUPER in Cleveland!

Also, as to regional cultures. Stereotypes exist for a reason. It’s not uncommon to find people dressing in seersucker in the south during the summer, or wearing cowboy hats in the southwest. I’ve lived in the south and I’ve lived in the Midwest. I can tell you that people do dress differently in both locales. And architecture is definitely different in different parts of the country.

What if Chris Mundy and Damon Lindelof don’t want to put their characters in 70s jean jackets ? Does Gunn Metropolis exist in this sort of “Land Before Time” pocket reality?
