It's either gonna be Wayward Son

or

OR...

ORRR...

Carry On Wayward Son's lyrics make no sense for Superman. It is about a prodigal son. Someone who has lost their way and gone down the wrong path finding the right way. That is about as far from Superman as possible.

So Batman.

I mean we live in a time where "That's that me, espresso" means absolutely nothing, it's fine. :o

The best kind of concert is when they're too ****faced to perform or they're so high out of their ****ing mind that it amps their stage energy.
I was also impressed Cobain managed to perform while so high.

The Grateful Dead did a good job while higher than almost anything

Yes it's been featured on The Bear but I have always liked this song since it first came out.

The build up in this makes for a great power scene

So according to FandomWire, Superman is an anti-establishment hero, who will inspire other heroes in not working for either the government or corporations. Also that Sean Gunn is Maxwell Lord.

Sean Gunn’s casting as Maxwell Lord was announced ages ago. And the rest of that can be surmised from the set pics. I’m pretty sure FandomWire is one of those sites that just makes stuff up.

So Max Lord IS a villain. :o

I got it the rumored plot is Superman is a rogue vigilante and corporate sponsors are chasing him to join their superhero teams. Clark says he works alone, but Max Lord shows off the JLI who are super 1980's superhero aesthetic makes him uncomfortable as he worries joining such teams could hurt his legacy set by his father and stepfather. You see it's supposed to mirror Gunn and his late father's relationship while working for large studios in the film industry. :o

Already his second cinematic appearance in so many years. Let's hope that when Wonder Woman appears, she doesn't fall into a Lex Luthor/General Zod back & forth like Superman's had to deal with for all these years.
