Forgive me if this has been asked, how much better are the fights compared to BB/TDK?

Kept the look of sleek realism that was established in TDK, but things look much more grim as the film goes on, especially as the subterranean levels underneath the city are explored.

Good to know

theShape - was the Batvoice better?

the shape, I don't know why you've avoided this query as I don't think it's spoilerific in any way. I was wondering if the choreography of the close quarters combat in this film as slow and clunky as in TDK. You don't have to go in detail. A sentence will suffice.

I won't... Michelle's performance was practically Oscar worthy. Frankly shes just below Heath in the Bat-villian stakes.

I'm sorry Shape, but its a combination of me liking how Burton does things and these Pfeiffer-goggles.

Just read the review. Typical dig, meh.

I agree with you on this. And I think I have seen enough footages of Anne for not believing that she will be better than Michelle let alone blowing her out of water.

But I guess, it's a question of taste. I mean I prefer Michelle's Catwoman to comics' Catwoman. Actually, Michelle's Catwoman is the only Catwoman that I really like.

Getting really excited now. Thank you for all the reviews and insight you wonderful people! :)

One part struck me as a little slow, but it's the nature of the way Batman fights in the series. Other than that, everything is more visible this time around and Batman is more brutal, I think. Some awesome fight moments in here.

Batman taking out 5 guys and I think the camera only cut away once for another character's reaction. Pretty awesome.

That's... no.

Different strokes and all that...

Anne may have gotten the better script/written character, but Michelle is/was the better actress and actually rose above the script.

I love Anne though, and I know that... for me... she'll be my number 2 Catwoman.

-Does the football game bombing come off as bad as some fear cause of the trailer shot of the player running without dropping the ball and the ground breaking up?

Some shots look like it could be a great&memorable scene But other shots look pretty lame to me!

-Is there slow-mo or something that shows Bane&Bats brutally punching or using objects(gadgets or weapons)on each other?

-Does this movie actually feel like a Batman movie&closer to the comics in terms of characters/story/vibe&action?

I love TDK But it just don't feel much like a Batman thing,BB does But TDK..Just No!!

-Is there an amazing Batman shot?..As amazing as my avatar gif from BB!?

You just know I'm going to ask it (glancing at you kvz :cwink: :oldrazz: ), but how was Hardy's performance, theShape? :D

Shape, can you describe what the new batcave looks like, and how much screentime it's given?

Much better, I'd say. Less noticeable.

Just read a lot of your posts and thanks for being a good sport, you have answered a lot of the questions and have tried darn hard to avoid spoilers and for that I thank you.

Btw, also glad to hear that JGL is getting some kudos for his role in this.

Good to read so much positivity.

Can't wait to see it.

Just noticed a lot of guys are asking the shape the same questions over and over, why not do what I just did and read his post history. That way you can see all the questions he has answered rather than asking the poor guy the same thing over and over again.

theShape, do we hear the phrase "the goddamn batman" at any point in the film? Also, how much do we see of recluse Bruce?

To theShape: Do we get any history on Dr. Pavel?

Slightly. He's not only in the prologue.

Shape, thanks for answering. I really enjoy how you can answer questions, but you're definitely not spoiling anything for us. Good job :woot:

Slightly. He's not only in the prologue.

You'll tell us he only appears in the prologue but vague about how much screen time the Batcave gets. You are a frustrating man, but I admire your restraint. :woot:
