Good point and at least unlike other websites he is reporting most of his articles in the form of questions to start discussions rather than facts. I just hope for his sake that person he knows is legitimate.

Yes it does, I mentioned that in this article. However it should be noted that I'm not the only one who heard details about the NOLA shoot. It's been reported on just about every movie related website. Warner Bros. is definitely interested in shooting there for the tax breaks, and have already been scoping out a few locations. I think that Pfister & Nolan would prefer to shoot in Chicago & the UK instead though.

I believe everything my source has told me so far. If they decide to pull out of NOLA, it'll be a last minute decision. Warner Bros. is definitely interested and has already been to NOLA to check out a few possible locations, this I'm definitely sure of. It will be a bummer if they don't shoot in NOLA though. My source isn't close to the Chicago or UK sets =\

You can't, not completely anyway. You can, at most, go with an amalgamation of a few incarnations, which is what everyone's been doing anyway.

That's disappointing if it turns out to be true. Not very surprising though considering the IMAX hardships.

Totally disagree. Kiera Knightley, okay, I can somewhat see where you're coming from as she has been pretty inconsistent at times - but when she's on form she can give very strong performances. But Natalie Portman? She's one of the best actresses working today, and has been since she was like 12.

I agree with this, to a point. Even real, legitimate sources aren't always spot on about what's happening on a project.

Keira Knightly and Natalie Portman can be bland, but that's mostly because they can also be hit or miss in their performances.

Have faith in Nolan, people. I still remember the backlash against Heath Ledger's casting as The Joker back in 2006. Four years later, and his perfomence is considered an iconic re-definition of the character.

Whoever Nolan will cast will no doubt give an amazing performence.

I'm also a bit surprised there is fan speculation about what character Tanit Phoenix might be considered for. It would clearly be a small part, maybe a line or two of dialogue, nothing more. Not every actress who gets an audition is competing for the Catwoman or love interest role.
