I'm fine with it here, Barry and Oliver are good enough to fill the roles in the CWverse, although the no Supes thing has already become several kinds of awkward for Supergirl.

we won't see ether til that embargo is lifted and those show are still around for that to happen if they each make it past /to season 8 then most of the movies are secure in them selves .... then maybe we'll see batman and super man one day it'll likely happen for super girl since it's so new it's very likely with the latter of the 3 shows.

it's not like in the comic's super man and bat man were the ones that created the league. the aren't always the founders. they came and joined after at least in one of the many universe's after their crisis on earth events . same can happen here too.

I kind of hope that we get to see the News broadcast of Barry being beaten up by Zoom shown in "Arrow" tomorrow like how Oliver's Video was shown in "The Flash of Two Worlds".

I thnk this season might be delving into the concept of the speed force being sort of a shared bandwidth, like in the comics (sometimes). Zoom probably needs all the speed force to accomplish some task that will be revealed later, and with all the hints and casting releases of future speedsters, the season is probably building up to a full team of speedsters (Wally, Jay, Jesse after she somehow reunites with her father in Earth-1) somehow lending *their* speed force to Barry to finally match Zoom's output.

Barry adding other speedsters speedforce to his own to defeat Zoom would be a cool way to beat him, if I remember correctly that was actually how Wally beat him in the comics.

We've seen in the first season that Barry himself is generating the speed force or maybe just his part of it, so I don't really understand what's with this shared speed force talk all of a sudden.

It reminds me a lot of DBZ, where the fighters have to give Goku their power so that he can defect some massive villain. X)

In the comics, in Rebirth I think, it was actually established that Barry is the speed force or some kind of origin for it? His existence is somehow strongly connected to it there, anyways. So I'm curious how they will do it in the show - the RF in the comic did get his speed by leeching off Barry's sf and turning it 'reverse' so maybe something similar will happen here as well with Zoom.

I really hope they do, it would make a lot of sense for this to get public and people learning of Flash getting his ass kicked. Not that that is something new. X3

You can mock the Hawkman costume. But, it was a pretty good match to the comic version.
