at the age of 21 to join the Outsiders full time. While serving with the Outsiders a freak accident forced her into the 30th century where she lived for many years, marrying Brainiac 5 before an unfortunate time shift changed her past, causing her to plummet back into time to the year she in which she joined the outsiders erasing all memory of her previous life in the future.
Back in the present she stayed with the Outsiders and developed a romance and then marriage with Bart Allen, who took over the Role of The Flash as Kara herself moved into Power Girls empty slot on the JSA, taking the name Superwoman on her 25th birthday.
Soon after a crisis in the planet caused by The Spectre, resulting in the disbanding of the JSA and the death of several heroes Batman included, Superwoman joined the JLA. After proving herself a valuable leader she becoming the JLAs Leader after Superman placed himself on the reservist list.
Her leadership is more akin to Wonder Womans morals and values, having been raised with the amazons.
In her personal life after marrying Bart Allen the two of them make a very devoted couple, both of them have saved each others lives numerous times. However recent dreams from her tenure in the future, have been haunting her sleep, as this tenure in the future never happened it has caused her many questions and a wedge has been driven into her marriage because of it. The never there Memories have been coming more frequently at longer intervals causing her to call Bart, Querl sometimes.
