Injustice: Gods Among Us game...


What's the story behind Captain Marvel's costume? Are the powers he has in the game actually from the comic or a comic version?

Not everyone. I fully plan on ignoring it. The costumes do look horrible, for the most part, and I'm not really a fighting game fan to begin with.

Yeah, they've been emphasizing the lightning in the new SHAZAM stuff to try and make him a little more distinct from Superman and give him a more mystical feel. He still has his normal powers, they've just started defining "power of Zeus" to mean "he can manipulate magic lighting bolts."

Hey guys,
Giffin and DeMatheis Justice League International run, when did it begin and end? Issue what to what? I'm trying to pick them all up as I loved their stuff in some old Justice League Confidential books I got on discount.

Yeah, you're right. It probably doesn't bare a much more thought than that.
A part of me just always thinks it's really weird that Supes doesn't wear gloves, whenever pretty much all of his superhero pals do... presumably to avoid being ID'd.

I thought I read in an old silver age comic that Supes vibrates, so that his face is a bit blurry in pictures, but also that his fingerprints don't stay unsmudged. Anything he touches, the prints are blurred.

Assuming of course a Kryptonian leaves prints.

And for a while there he had that forcefield thing going on, which explained why his cape would get shredded but the rest of his costume was intact, that too would prevent the printing process. (or was that just superboy?)

Earth 2 has constantly caught my eye since it first came out. I bought the first issue but, for some reason, never came back. I'm considering getting it now (not that I need another new title, but still). Is it stand alone or does it tie-in with Huntress and Power girl?

It's a stand alone. It deals with Alan Scott, Jay Garrick, and Hawkgirl essentially building towards a JSA. They've dealt with Solomon Grundy and Atom Smasher, now they're in an arc meeting Doctor Fate. Huntress and Powergirl have nothing to do with it, at least not yet.

Also she wasn't as crazy. Honestly she didn't become effin' Looney Toons until her half sister nearly killed her and dumped her into a Lazerus Pit.

I miss that Talia. She was the "innocent" beautiful pawn, stuck in the middle of a war between her Father and the man she loved.

Cuz WW was blessed with powers by the Gods....plus she was a Goddess for awhile.
