He may have to decide soon.AT&T-Time Warner Ruling: Which Stocks Stand to Gain, Lose From the Judges Decision
Giving up Sky could stall Comcast off but I know Iger really wants Sky. Can he sacrifice Sky to Comcast in order to save the deal with Fox?
Same. It's a dream come true for not only the fans but Feige himself. The complete Marvel Universe sandbox for the MCU to play in. It's sooo close. I try not to think about this whole thing throughout the day because the thought of Comcast ruining it makes me very depressed and sad. At this point- I want whatever's going to happen to happenAll I care about is getting the X-men and FF in the mcu, but mainly the X-men. I'd hate to see it come so close only for it not to happen. I'm more interested in seeing what Feige has planned for the X-men than I do anyone else.

The main things I want are Simon Kinberg fired and the X-Men rebooted. If Comcast does that and proceeds to make good films afterwards, I'm fine with that. But there is a noticeable drop in quality the more Kinberg is involved in a film. He has to go.
AT&T prevailed in a legal battle over its proposed acquisition of Time Warner, as a federal judge ruled in favor of the telecom giant on Tuesday despite the federal governments opposition.
The decision also signals a likely green light for more and faster media consolidation, most notably potential competing bids for the media assets of Fox (FOX, FOXA) from Disney (NYSEIS) and Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA), and bids for European broadcaster Sky (OTCQX:SKYAY) from some permutation of Disney, Fox and Comcast.
AT&T had previously indicated that with the lengthy time involved in the deal, it was prepared to close quickly if it got a clear go-ahead in this case, so we expect to hear details very quickly.
Updated: Judge Leon has also said he would deny a stay on the deal if requested by the Justice Dept., meaning that even if DOJ appeals, the companies are free to close. That could discourage an appeal entirely.
I cant imagine Universal doing worse than Fox has done. After the Fan4stic debacle the only way you can now is go up. Seeing as its a low bar since the FF have never have a good film worthy of the brand it really wont be hard at all to make a Fantastic Four film better than all the ones on the past(thats not saying much obviously) but FF started Marvel and out of all the properties that Marvel doesnt have access to the Fantastic Four is a must-have IMO.If I had any faith they'd do it right, I'd be fine with Universal doing the FF (I'd rather see everything merged with the MCU, but that's not a deal breaker).
But I don't have any reason to believe they'd do any better than Fox. Marvel is the only one who has consistently made good Marvel films that demonstrate a knowledge of and respect for the characters.
Universal would have a HUGE job selling me on the idea that they really know what they were doing and would do the characters justice.
