I doubt well see the fox logo on any future movies unless for some odd reason Disney lets fox co finance/distribute any new f4 or xmen movies. Which would be weird unless the xmen and f4 were slighy darker and more edgier than your typical mcu film. So the fox logo would indicate that.

That's not what I'm disputing. Absolutely what the Mouse says goes, but what I am saying is they may need to credit Marvel Studios in my scenario and file some papers to make it official (which again...is a short conversation when you own both entities, LOL). Same may apply for FOX. I am not saying FOX can stop Marvel Studios from making a X-Men or FF movie. I'm saying it may require slapping their logo on it.
Don’t see why. I don’t think the 21st Century Fox logo will be slapped on the MCU FF or X-flicks in the near future. I know your speculation, of course, but I just don’t see it.

So what happens if Fox tried to object and they want to continue making X-Films set within the Fox-men universe?
After the deal closes Fox won't exist anymore to object.

Before it closes, after this vote, they are gonna do what Disney tells them to do. If any producers at Fox play up on the matter Murdock can simply fire them.

The key point is anything like that would be an executive decision made by Disney and Marvel management. There would not be a situation in which anybody said: "Damn it, we have to have this stupid logo on here because there's a licensing agreement that says we have to do it."

They're playing the Thor theme (or possibly the Marvel fanfare theme - they sound similar) on the Disney site now as the live stream is waiting to load.

Once again, I am sure they will resolve it and file some paper that makes it officially back with Marvel (if it is even required).

I get what you're saying. Honestly, I think it is even easier than that. Since Fox won't be an owning or original creating entity of the characters, there is no need to slap their logo or credit them anywhere.

I recall for example, when Disney did Big Hero 6, they put Marvel's logo in the credits since they were the originating creator of the product. IIRC, they weren't involved in the project. Fox really doesn't quantify as that expect maybe if Marvel Studios absorbs the production of Deadpool. If MS does say X-Men and Fantastic Four on their own from the ground up, then I wouldn't expect to see any credit to 21CF.

I mean, this all assumes Disney even retains the logo post merger, or chooses to relinquish to "NewFox". I haven't seen much info on that front.

They're playing the Tiki Tiki Tiki room by Hillary Duff now. Is that from a movie?

That's what I thought. 20th Century Fox will cease to exist and be absorbed into Disney

Now they're playing "Touch the Sky" from Brave.

Maybe all the shareholders will be dancing to this.

As I see a lot of people talking about Endemol and Sony since I mentioned, it's worth mentioning that the powers that be in Japan need to approve any SPE move. They would have to approve any bid put forth by SPE. Furthermore it would have to be a good bid that would beat Lionsgate or Liberty or any other interested party. It's far from a certain thing.
On that front people also need to realize that Sony has been very restrained when it comes to acquisitions for the last several years. I don't think they have done anything >$1 billion in quite a while.

So what happens if Fox tried to object and they want to continue making X-Films set within the Fox-men universe?
About as much as if any of us marched up to Alan Horn and demanded we make the films. :D

This just showed up in the presentation!

Just kidding. It didn't.

As we celebrate what is coming, let us mourn what we shall miss.

Is there no picture? I just see a still picture of Mickey Mouse.
