Not that I know of. Results should be up soon, those meetings are done quickly. Most people vote by proxy. I expect a similar approval rate from Fox shareholders (99%). People really wanna see It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia bar at Magic Kingdom.

On that front people also need to realize that Sony has been very restrained when it comes to acquisitions for the last several years. I don't think they have done anything >$1 billion in quite a while.

Biggest one I can think of recently is the remaining of Sony/ATV which was $750MM IIRC. They are looking into making a big acquisition and Endemol would be a great purchase for them to be honest, especially if they divest of Columbia/Tristar and double down on TV production and content.

But there was one professor at the Disney meeting who sounded like he had a speech impediment or had been deaf for most of his life who said that he thought Disney were overpaying for Fox. He was difficult to understand, and they probably just did this:
