What we should really be questioning is why/how Marvel will bring back Wesley Snipes for Blade according to that site
I think Marvel missed the boat by not letting Michael Keaton play Norman. He would have absolutely nailed it. Their only casting mistake I’d say.
I'd imagine they would probably go younger for Osborn

Oh snap, Captain Marvel is getting more mixed reactions than I was expecting.

It's still early, but I wouldn't be surprised. Based on the trailers the film looks ok, nothing spectacular.
It will likely do decently.

I didn't realize they were out yet, but I just checked them out and they look pretty good to me.

The trailers haven't done much for me, but the reviews are getting me more interested.

RT is currently at 89% with 75 reviews in. That's really not all that mixed. Unless your point is that a lot of the fresh ratings fall into that 7 or 8 out of 10 range.

Can we please stop linking to We Got This Covered? Or at least warn us when you do?

I hate giving a rumor mill clickbait site clicks. I like this forum to be reserved to actual news as it has been for years.

I apologize for the inherent snark that one will probably read into this post. I mean no ill will merely the words as they appear.

A lot of individual reviews I've seen of it are quite lukewarm and really mixed. Its getting good reviews overall just not quite as good as anticipated. Its a bit like Last Jedi, imo.

This movie looks to be about the middle of the road Marvel films in terms of reception.

Where did you see that?

It's currently 89% on RT, based on 73 reviews. There's still a lot more to come, but that isn't a bad start at all.

When do you think we'll get confirmation of them making new iterations of the FF? I really would like them done right.

Its not doing horrible but a lot of the reviews I've seen online are much more mixed than I was anticipating. The movie is overall getting positive reception but it just feels a bit lukewarm in a lot of the individual reviews I've seen and read. I'm just saying the reactions are a lot more mixed than I anticipated is all.

I have to admit that I am more excited for the Disney-Fox merger than any of the Marvel movies this year whether from Disney or Fox.

The IFT will decide on the merger this week after they delayed the approval from last week. Experts expect IFT to grant the deal approval .

The Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) of Mexico announced that it plans to make a decision on the merger this week, after having postponed its decision to receive additional documentation and reinforcement of arguments.

The regulator had planned to define last Wednesday the concentration between both companies, which is part of a time when the largest telecommunications operator in Mexico, América Móvil, has requested a permit to enter the television and video market. América Móvil's main rival, AT & T, has also requested permission to distribute video products using 5G technology, which could modify the regulator's calculation.

Similarly, Brazil's competition authority, CADE, approved the merger of the two giants of entertainment with certain conditions when warning of competition risks in pay television markets, particularly (and as could happen in Mexico) in relation to Sports channels such as ESPN and Fox Sports.

Experts estimate that the IFT will decide in favor of this concentration in the first week of March, but with the reservation that Disney also sell assets of Fox Sports and Mexico will be the second Latin American country to endorse the operation.

México: Aplaza IFT discusión sobre Disney-Fox | Competition Policy International

Makes sense, the deal will definitely be closing quite soon.

I'm guessing like Brazil they already told Disney in advance they will approve it if they divest Fox sports.
