I've seen that rumor pop up today, but I'm not sure it's legit.

The number of reduced Fox branded pics under Disney was mentioned in a Variety article. I’m looking for it now.

Once Disney releases the glut of Fox films in production or post production, future output will be very slimmed down. The number of films may be higher than 3-4, but definitely not 10-14 a year.

You guys prefer that costume for Storm over the Jim Lee one?

Wonder if the Deadpool films will be considered MCU "canon" now :D

We'll see. I'd rather lose the extra 5 inches of bare legs if it meant she can keep the ring on the mid-riff. I think that's what makes the look unique.

So this

I'm all Jim Lee and animated series Storm despite being so dated now

Ive been trying to think of who Disney could cast as Wolverine Its gonna be hard to replace Jackman. So much of the fandom has the "Jackman is Wolverine" mentality. Much like RDJ is Iron Man.

I wonder if fans wonder be mad at black and yellow uniforms again lol

Tom Hardy and Jon Bernthal would have been solid choices.

but maybe a bit old if Marvel wants younger x-men.

I far prefer that Giant Sized X-Men Storm look to the Jim Lee white (or is it black?) ambiguous look of the costume.

But that variant of it you posted above is a good compromise and would still evoke the classic style. But I'd prefer the Giant Sized X-Men cloak that covers her shoulders with the red jewel. Plus the gold bracelets. And I definitely want that tiara thing she's wearing.

With Wolverine there's opportunities to make the character more comic accurate that simply aren't with RDJ(who made teh character better than he was in the comics). Casting an actor with a shorter stature would be a start(doesn't have to be exactly 5'3) but an actor who's under 5'11 would work.

I think the helicarrier from Deadpool 1, and all the MCU jokes (setting aside the DC ones for the sake of this), I think Deadpool easily fits into the MCU. The X-Men from DP2 not so much, but for the most part I don't see why both movies couldn't be part of the same world already post X-Men creation.

I just wanna see Ryan interact with other MCU actors. Doesn't even have to be as Deadpool, haha

Jackman has a very long legacy but I don't think he'll be insanely hard to recast. The new Wolverine needs to be doing his own thing and not ape Jackman

Heres a random idea for the End Game post credit scene. Ryan Reynolds as himself walks on to the Disney lot trying to find Feige's office to show him the deadpool 3 script hes just about to knock on the door before getting pulled away by security. Feige opens the door thinking he heard something looks around confused and mutters to himself "ah probably just another crazy fanboy" Closes the door. On screen "Deadpool will return"

I'd love to see something funny with Deadpool as the 2nd credits scene in Endgame. Typically they do a gag at the very end anyway

I think a quick fun Deadpool interacting with Avengers/arriving in MCU moment is easier to work into a post-credit scene for End Game than something with F4 or X-Men.

If Endgame ends the way many think it will, would you really want a slapstick post credit scene? Lol

That sounds like a good post-credit sequence in the wrong movie.

Avengers Endgame is supposed to be an emotional conclusion to the MCU as we know it with us saying goodbye to characters that have been at the center of that universe for years. Such a humorous post-credit scene wouldn't fit, imo, and would be tonally jarring.

I'd rather Endgame not have any post-credit scene just to shock the audience and let them know this is the end of an era.

Definitely. Make it happen, Feige. Have him show up on screen and do his normal thing but bleep out his cussing :funny:

No offense but are you guys aware of the "And then Deadpool walks in" meme. It exists for a reason
