-2019 is the year the first ever MCU movie headlined by a female lead will be released.

-2019 is the year Avengers Endgame will be released which will serve as the finale to the MCU as we know it. We shall be saying goodbye to many old faces and it will change the MCU forever.

-2019 is the year that will end the Fox era of the X-Men. I know the Fox-Men has its detractors but I will personally see Dark Phoenix in theaters as I want to say goodbye to this iteration of the franchise(assuming Dark Phoenix & New Mutants don’t get shelved).

-2019 is the year Spider-Man’s second solo installment in the world MCU is released.

And most importantly 2019 is the year the Disney/Fox deal will be closed leading to the Mutants and First Family finally returning home after so many years of being away.

2019 will ultimately be the year that....

I want to read the news that Fox is now officially part of Disney, and Feige can openly talk about his plans for X-Men and FF; it's surreal to see the Merry Mutants and the First Family finally returning to Marvel after years of exile...

Lots of movies to look forward to this year put together a 10 movies I'm looking forward to list and surprisingly Dark Phoenix managed to make the cut. I'm really curious how they're gonna handle that movie. Amazing how many of these are Disney movies.

I don't think so, but something could be escaping my memory. In fact, on the contrary, there was the whole aspect of "miracles" from AoU, so that could be one route- and speculation is that it's the most likely.

The Other controlled the scepter:
He rips Loki out of the scepter/mind stone connection by force.
The scepter manipulated the Avengers and turned Banner into Hulk, despite Loki being absent.
In a deleted scene, The Other asks Loki, "you wield the scepter, do you not?"
You may notice that Wanda did all those exact same things in Age of Ultron, reflecting Chthon molding Wanda.

Also this ties Vision to Chthon, and gives him a meaningful role.

Her killing Vision fits Chthon's agenda, he's teaching her, training her to kill and destroy. Leading her away from humanity.

Vision refers to a sufficiently powerful source as well as matching energy signature.

The rumoured Disney Plus series needs a great antagonist and Chthon is absolutely perfect for that role, with him seeing himself as Wanda's father figure and using Vision's captured soul (he could transfer it to the scepter easily) as bait to lure her to Wundagore Mountain in Sokovia.

IMHO Chthon and Agatha are the most important for the Disney+ series as they train Wanda in using her powers and they are the only beings who comprehend them.
