See I completely disagree, the sound track made me enjoy the movie even more.

You completely disagree it's a spoiler? But it doesn't matter how you felt. It is still a spoiler giving away things that are in the movie for those who haven't seen and might want to see things fresh for the first time in theatres.

No, my disagreement was that the song took something away from the scene.

Well then what are you disagreeing with me for? I never said anything about that. I simply said it was a spoiler.

Rupert Wyatt on How the FANTASTIC FOUR Movie Messed Up His GAMBIT Plans

Here's the original source and what Rupert Wyatt said:

“I was very close with Channing Tatum and his producing partner Reid Carolin, and I was on the script with him and Josh Zetumer as a writer,” he said. “We were close, I believe 10 weeks away. It simply came down to budget. There was not enough. You know all too well about the politics of the business. Fantastic Four had been released by Fox a month before and had not gone well for them, so our budget was slashed quite considerably. The inevitable, from my perspective was, ‘Well then we need to rewrite the script to tailor to our budget,’ but we were too close to a start date for Fox to really want to go there, so unfortunately, it just didn’t work out.”

“All I know is Channing had a really, really wonderful idea for what that film could and should be,” Wyatt said graciously about the chances of that film still happening. “I know he and Reid are still plugging away at it, so I hope in the new Disney era, that then they get to make it.”

I thought I read somewhere that the Mexico vote wasn't going to be made public. Unless I'm confusing that for another country.

Apparently the result of the Mexico vote should be released in a couple of hours.

El Economista in Mexico is reporting that it's still being decided today and that the results in this manner should be released this afternoon.
The waiting game begins!

It should easily pass. Disney took the neccessary precautions

Source for those wondering.

IFT define hoy el futuro de la fusión Disney-Fox en México

The Federal Institute of Telecommunications is scheduled to discuss and, if necessary, approve the purchase of Twenty-First Century Fox by the Walt Disney Company today, after a postponement that lasted two weeks and while the The regulator extended its period of analysis and also gave time to the interested companies so that they could present additional elements with which they obtain their merger agreement .

In this way, the file UCE / CNC-001-2018 will begin to be released this afternoon and the meaning of its result will endorse or deny the sale of Fox's assets.

After all the dominoes we’ve seen fall, this truly is the last one. If Mexico approved, there should be no barriers left.

We still have to wait a bit fir the actual closing, but there will be nothing standing in the way.

If all goes well it should close in the next few days. it has to close before the exchange offers on Friday.

Breathe deeply, channel your thoughts, press them towards passing of the deal....
or to Stan, where ever he is, to aiding it in happening.
