I'd personally prefer it if Marvel didn't cross over their cinematic universe with Fox's X-Men. Just let Fox make their own X-Men movies and either buy the X-Men rights back someday or just wait for them to revert: even if it takes a very long time.
Then just make their own X-Men movies from scratch that wouldn't be connected to any previously established continuity, hopefully in their own separate Marvel X-Men Cinematic Universe as opposed to being part of the main MCU as I think the X-Men universe is large enough on its own.
As far as FF are concerned, I'd love it if Marvel could get the rights back early enough so,the FF can be featured in Avengers Infinity Wars and Avengers 4 so as to restore the audience's goodwill toward FF before getting their own solo film in Phase 4! As has been discussed previously, some sort of early-reversion deal may have already been worked out in exchange for Fox being allowed to produce X-Men TV shows, etc.
