I would kill for a scene with Green Arrow, Speedy, and Arsenal. With Speedy or Arsenal getting a new costume.

Also I think Roy would be a lot of fun doing a few episodes on The Flash. I think he would be a lot of fun with that cast and maybe have him interact and meet Wally for Titans

Weaponry: Master of Moo Gi Gong. Roy is extremely proficient with a wide array of weaponry. He can take virtually any object and use it in combat as an effective weapon.

you want Roy to be recruited by the place that made sure Oliver lack's certain training and skill set's as an operative as mean for control and to make sure he just kills and tortures when there are other effective and better methods to try before resorting to that?

when Roy can go to another agency in the universe that DC has created both in their books and can bring to tv of which there is more then just one. when what Roy really need'a is to be in an agency that will actually teach him detective skill's?

More like the Central Bureau of Intelligence,AKA CBI(which actually did that for Roy in the books after his split with Oliver.) the agent's of G.o.o,d,(which Richard the dragon was apart of) or Spyral where Dick Grayson is currently working for. (since the DEO is in CBS they can't be used for now) there's also the Department of Metahuman Affairs, and Living Assault Weapons (which Ted kord and Captain atom and The Question were apart of the latter.)

all Linked to the man that trained Roy (and wasn't a director cause director's don't train opertives agenor officers. other of the same do .)
which actually support their operatives , agent's and officer's and heroes that are allies instead of wanting to screw them over their workers and their family and put in danger city's the heroes want protected?

Argus who head's are full of overly psycho general's(look up the general in The Flash show he's indeed argus as well) and Waller? which a good lot of their workers in the field end up trying to kill them or hope for the day the day they can, Argus? Roy better have gone to another agency that actually want's to protect people.

Or, he returns to help Team Arrow and gets killed... they have messed up his character, he was badly used last season, specially in the first half when he barely had any lines. If Oliver is not going to go public as the Arrow/GA, then Roy will have to spend the rest of his life hiding, with a new identity, etc. Anyway, we'll see if they do something interesting with him this time.

well they better go out and tell us his back ground and do more with him and make cool before they waist him. other wise half will view it of just another weakness of the writers of the show cause don't really have any story idea's for the character.

which again will bring up the question why brought him in in the first place if they never cared to explore the character from the jump? so they better alot with him befor they kill other wise.
