It's just the suit from Arkham Asylum, but it looks like it's in Sack Boy form, from Little Big Planet.

Maybe they wanted something fun and upbeat like Adam West Batman or Brave and the Bold, but they know audiences are trained to hate non-obviously armored Batman and they went with something in between.

someday we will get a cape/cowl that actually cloaks the front of the suit instead of showing off the man. I never could understand why they keep going with more and more open capes on these suits. I get wanting to make the suits appear very armored, and Im ok with it, although both the batman live suit and the dark knight suits pants are horrendous. I wish we would just get the arkham asylum suit.

As silly as TDK suit? Does not comprehend since TDK suit isn't silly at all. And even if you consider it silly it's still incomprehensible that it would be anywhere near the catastrophe of the Batman Live suit.
