The fight is on a cloudy snowy day, your speaking like his standing there in the sun wearing speedo's

If it's so self-explanatory, you should have no problem explaining it.
How is it a bias?
Yes, but at the same time, Batman isn't real, either. So it comes down to another aesthetic approach to the character/settings that Nolan purposefully put him in. He could have easily wrote the character into a night scene, but he choose not to. The settings and atmosphere seem off for the character, and was something I hoped to be remedied from TDK, whereas now, it seems to have gone further away from the type of atmosphere Batman should be in. At least in TDK, Bruce did all the work during the day. Oh well...
Quite the opposite, he'll go into "Red Mist" mode. He'll be rabid.
The whole night thing is so stupid . A smart bad guy would try and drag him out in the day ...Yeah but he'll be in pain, meaning he'd be weaker? I suppose it depends whats wrong with him. What the gas is actually helping him with.
But the lighting makes the random-ass lines on the Batsuit insanely noticable, which IMO look insanely ugly. Add that to the fact that it goes against the whole 'dark and shadows' explanation which was half of the foundation of the first movie, and it adds up to 'I don't like it'.
"If I take off that mask, will you die?"
"It will be extremely painful. For you".
And people ask why Nolan writes such expository dialogues.

And what about the anasthesia part?
I don't see how being in tons of pain makes someone MORE powerful.
Then your problem is with the Batsuit...not in the light.

Not sure that he'll be weaker. He won't be able to think, perhaps at all, that's for sure.
I've tried to to get spoiled on what will happen in Rises, but was kinda lost with the prologue, Who's paval, and what was the deal with the blood transfusion?
Rags is about to get angry.Opinion =/= Bias.
Bias is being slanted towards a certain view before knowing something. Opinion is coming to a conclusion from knowing something.

Damn you , I let myself be dragged into this.
Fair point, the pain could be all consuming? do we have any idea whats wrong with him yet? aside from the upper arm rash?
Did you not read this part?
it's a natural progression.
I've been a batman fan since 1989, so naturally i went along yesterday (first day of showings in the uk) to see the prologue.

I'm just going to words to this statement.
Bias is being slanted towards shouldn't be in the light before knowing what it plays out as in Rises
I'm sorry for not subscribing to the logic of 'I'm more strong without the thing that's keeping me a live than with it'.
That's like saying 'Taking someone off life support will make them healthier'.
