I accidentally posted this in the Halo thread. Whoops.

Has anybody heard what the new games for gold will be next month for both 360 and X1?

I've been enjoying Battle Block Theater on the 360, and I just started getting into Max, which is kinda fun, actually. I still need to play Guacamelee.

I haven't heard anything, but I hope its better than whats been offered so far.

Happy bump!

happy i held off buying dishonored when it was on sale

Strike Suit Zero is a mech game, kind of reminds me of Gundam while Crimson Dragon I believe is an old school on rail shooter.

Ive been wanting Dishonored on Plus forever. Thats a good title to get

Ohhh, so Crimson Dragon is part of the Panzer Dragon series?

Same here. Bullet dodged.

Also...when Gears 3 was 4.99, was that a worthy get? Or would you say I missed out big time?

Gears 3 was worth it when it was a full 60, so yea that was a worthy purchase. There still isn't a better tactical/skill based multiplayer game out there.

EA Access Announced for Xbox One.

Electronic Arts today announced “EA Access” a new program that provides membership-style access to a back catalog of games plus the chance to play games up to five days prior to their release and get 10% off digital purchases. Both of those benefits are similar to the now discontinued Season Ticket. EA Access will go for $5 a month, or $30 for the full year, and is exclusive to the Xbox One. It’s in beta right now and will open to all soon.

♦EA Access membership unlocks The Vault, a collection of EA’s biggest games on Xbox One ready for you to download and play. During the beta, gamers will have unlimited access to four great EA games: FIFA 14, Madden NFL 25, Peggle 2 and Battlefield 4, with more titles being added soon. That’s over $100 worth of games for $4.99 a month. You can play these EA favorites as much as you want with the click of a button.

♦Awesome Value– Besides the great games in The Vault, EA Access members will save 10% on purchases of EA digital content for Xbox One offered through the Xbox Games Store. From full digital-download titles like the upcoming Dragon Age Inquisition or NHL 15, to additional membership services such as Battlefield 4 Premium or even FIFA Ultimate Team points, it’s all 10% off for members.

♦Play First – Membership in EA Access lets you experience trials of new EA games up to five days before the release date. It starts with Madden NFL 15, NHL 15, FIFA 15, NBA LIVE 15, and Dragon Age: Inquisition, but more are on the way. If you decide to buy the game, your progress will carry over so you can pick up right where you left off.

Yea this is something I'm deff gonna look into. I purchase a lot of EA games it seems so this might be worth it for me.

I might look into, I'd have to let other people be guinea pigs & test it out first though.

I'm planning to get Madden 15 and Dragon Age digitally so I'll definitely sign up for this and get the discount. Getting to play 5 days early and have your save carry over is awesome too. Great service from the looks of it. Also a good way for me to play Battlefield campaigns.

Yea I'll be getting madden and BF:H for sure. I'll also be getting the premium for BF:H and I'd love to be able to play FIFA. I'm not the biggest football fan in the world so iv never wanted to purchase a FIFA, but having it there to download I'd deff take advantage. I wonder what other games they'll add once the service is out of Beta

The Xbox haters commenting about this service are pretty ridiculous. Calling the early access "paying for betas." At 5 days before release, the game is already complete and betas are obviously incomplete/works in progress. Plus betas almost never have progress carry over to the full game. Haters gonna hate.

Between the games on EA Access and Games with Gold, I'm almost regretting getting only a 3 TB external and not holding out for a 4 TB. I wonder if I'll make it through this gen without deleting stuff.

Yeah, I'm holding off until tax return time.. Maybe get two 4TB HDD's.
