Anyone seen the Telltale Games group discount for TWD both seasons, TWAU, Bordelands and Game of Thrones for £35? Seems like a great deal.

It has. But, Halo 5 actually looks like it might revitalize the series.

Don't **** this up, Microsoft.

Revitalize compared to what? The last game sold 9 million copies. Not sure a 9 million unit moving game needs to be "revitalized"

Yes, but how much did Halo 3 sell?

Nearly 15 million. If anyone was wondering.

Halo 5 actually looks to be making some changes to the formula.

Very true, but I think that was the series peak. Most games with multiple sequels have that one game they just can't reach with following titles. I don't think Halo will ever get back to that level, regardless of who makes it or what the game does. Halo 3 was just the right game at the right time.

Halo 5 feels like the most important one since 3. Its importance to this gen has been elevated by no new shooters really catching on. TitanFall was fun and a success but it's not going to threaten the old favourites. Destiny didn't do much with all the hype it had which at least gave it the opportunity to stake a claim. People are still waiting for the definitive next gen multiplayer game that they can play long term rather thnan just until the next shooter comes along.

No one counts that. That was just a collection of old games.

that's not true. but then again no one right now is really looking back to see how much each halo game sold. but if they compiled a list of sales for the entire series, mcc would most definitely be included.

I think you might want to read what you said a little closer there...

Shadow of Mordor is CONSUMING my free-time, I'm not even that big of a LOTR fan either. It's THAT good!

No it's true. I mean if someone wants to compare each individual release maybe, but if they are talking about each game (Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3 etc) they won't. One because MCC is just a collection of old games uprezzed and because each title within the collection wasn't sold individually. When ppl talk about "which Halo game sold best" they won't even think to look at or mention the MCC. Well no normal individual any way, U might fall outside that box haha.

Yea that's pretty much how I felt. Not a big fan of the series, LOVED that game.

D4 free now on Live.

Dunno, I've downloaded it, will try later. The premise sounded interesting.

-_- you're kind of a jerk sometimes.

so it's true and not true, but not completely false like you've been saying. some casees it will be counted and sometimes not. like, it would be a wrong to say that at this point, there are no halo games available on the xbone.

can someone please explain what the new sdk means for the xbone's cpu? as it is right now both its and the Ps4's cpus are identical, with the xbone's having the slight advantage of 1.75GHz clock speed. what does this new boost do?

Gives the fanboy's more fuel, for normal people it'll barely be noticeable.

is that really all there is to it? it started with the dying light dev saying they'll be able to reach 1080p on the xbone while they originally thought all they'd be able to reach was 900p. unless I am mistaken.

Most people can't tell the difference between 1080 and 900, it's just bragging rights. Unless you get an inch in front of the tv and start counting pixels it doesnt make a big difference
