Na I doubt it's Vaughn. You have to figure, Marvel wants to make this thier LotR, they may be thinking through what they may need to do to achieve that.
Like I've said, Even if Vaughn does back out, Rami Would be a FANTASIC director. If you saw the Lendary Journey's of Hercules, the season with Asgard and the Asgardians, the look was FANTASIC for a low budget, imagine what he could do with a bigger budget.
