Welcome to the rotten table Man of Steel, you'll find a seat between Green Lantern and Catwoman.
Yeah DC fans got it rough when it comes to movies.

60% overall.. and at this point, both Top Critics and Regular Critics match up at 60%...
Oh well... time to accept that RT will be rotten...
Won't stop it from making tons of money (but will affect it's legs for sure and it's total take)... sad...
Yes they've already announced a sequel, but right now I put it in the category of the sequel announcements for alot of hoped for franchise starters. I think a sequel is assured because this things gonna get butts in seats.A MOS sequel has already been given the greenlight with Snyder and Goyer returning. Most of the criticism, my review included, stems with the pacing and character development. But the acting is outstanding from almost everyone in the film and the general public will be blown away by the spectacle. You could slightly compare the excessive amount of action to a Tranformers film but that's where the comparisons stop. To go any further would be like comparing Young Frankenstein to Paul Blart: Mall Cop. Both are popular within their genre but one pushes boundaries and reinvents a story while the other is the lowest of low and unaware of how awful it is.

Thing Avengers has that TF doesn't is heart.
The first one was watchable for me but I felt the second was terrible so I didn't see the third one. The Avengers of course have the advantage of the solo movies but TF is also a series so they can develop from movie to movie. I grew up watching TF cartoons so I knew the characters beforehand though.I am just saying that most people didnt need to think much to enjoy the either film. TF 1 and 3 were quality fun. Avengers characters had previous movies to establish them but if they didnt most people are aware of who the main characters are.
Does that really matter? The majority of people in the world probably don't even know what RT is.
RT doesnt influence the box office at all, just super nerds and die hard fans pay attention to it, it's the reality of it. WOM is what drives the box office take, and right now, the WOM is excellent in the Philippines![]()

This is the dumbest comment I have read on here everrrrrrrrr!!!!
There wouldn't be much need for this forum if people didn't.I still find it hard to believe why anyone cares what others think.

My wallet cares, although in this case I am watching this movie regardless.
It's been a trend the last 2-3 years to say the female lead's role is underwritten/underdeveloped. Personally, I don't get it.

It is somewhat hard to believe at times that Thor, TIH, Captain America, Fast and Furious, and even Megamind will all have higher scores on RT than MOS.lol
I was jokingly talking about the broader sense. If no one cares what other people think there's no need for any discussion.I haven't actually read any of the reviews posted here.t:
I have never even been on RT. The first time I heard about it was on the hype a couple of years ago and I was like, "What the hell are you guys talking about?"
You can't really compare it like that because if Nolan had directed it then it wouldn't be the same movie it is now and we can't know how that would have turned out. Even though Nolan likes Snyder their movies aren't very similar and I highly doubt critics give reviews based on the person rather than the work.If Nolan directed it then it would have been high on the RT chart but Snyder directed it and critics are typical when it comes to his movies. 60-65% is his average. Nolan would be getting praised for its tone and action but Snyder wont ever get credit
