Kind of awesome how both Bale and Hardy star in a film about brothers involved in boxing/mixed martial arts.

Yeah, I'm surprised too. I was a bit sceptikal about his gain of mass, but I'm now convinced.

BUT! Sadly, there's a but... He really needs to work on his deltoids. His trapezius are way too big for his lack of deltoids.

Agreed definitely some more shoulder work to build those delts.

His biceps aren't that big either. Great work on his traps but it'd be great if they focus on those delts and biceps.

Actually they don't even have to put that much emphasis on the biceps if he gets his triceps to be huge as that makes ones arm look even bigger. IMO

He may just be flexing them more, I know in the most common pic of him in bronson his traps look massive but its just the way he was standing, they really werent that big throughout the rest of the movie. That may be the case here too because I dont remember them being that big when they were filming warrior.


My real question is whether or not he'll keep his ink

I also hope they don't shave his torso. Bane is a pretty hairy guy, they should keep him hairy.

He wouldn't of been a bad choice at all. Although his acting as of recent has been a little clunky, so I don't know exactly.

How so? Depending on the culture, tattoos have a very particular application, significance, and attitude towards it.

Various parts of the foreign world as well as the prison life itself hold a different value to tattoos. This would actually be one alteration I wouldn't mind at all.
