Watched him in Star Trek: Nemesis and Cape Wrath and never knew it was the same guy until Inception came round.
Bronson was a mega performance and I was dying to see him in a film like The Dark Knight.
Perfect casting choice!

Making him smaller so that he will be the physical but more powerful duplicate? Keeping Hardy the same size,without any effects?

not crazy bigger, but still needs to be bigger especially in his triceps.

They probably will put him on some test/chemicals right before filming begins so he looks even more intimidating...

I was on the CBM and I saw the headline "First Look At Tom Hardy On The Set Of The Dark Knight Rises" I nearly had a heart attack and I thought it was a costume reveal. Alas it was merely a picture of him

Tom looks like he could crush my head with his pinkie. No doubt there is going to be some camera trickery to make him seem taller than Bale but bulk wise he looks great.

Agreed. traps are good, but he needs some more size in the arms. maybe a little in the shoulders to give him the wider look.

I hope they are just working on the fight choreography movements and not shooting yet. He is a short guy. Tom does not need to get bigger. He just needs to get ripped with bigger trapezius like in warrior. Also his hair needs to be in longer

I think Hardy looks fine. Plus, there's a good chance he'll end up looking bigger (taller) in the actual film.

Agreed. Tom looks fine. He's clearly not going to be the comic version of Bane. That wouldn't fit with Nolan's realism IMO. He's big enough for the character.
