I'm all for the Lizard and one other villain. They can keep it at two, but both villains need to be integral to the theme.

Mysterio could wear the fishbowl if he was like a terminally ill person, and the fishbowl protected him from germs.

If villains are The Lizard and Electro, then I want seperate stories. And of course, if it's The Lizard and Kraven, then by all means make the story integral to the theme.

Why do people continue to bring up Mysterio? I'm sorry, but with two slots available for villains in this next film Mysterio is the last foe I'm thinking of. He has nothing to bring to the table.

If they keep Billy in the 9-12 range then that will be two villians in a row who had sympathy children. If they make him Pete's age then they are going to spend the whole movie swimming and making sundaes together. They should just make him a kid and give make sure that he just comes off as a normal kid, not a desperate cry for sympathy or an annoying movie ruiner like Superman Return's Jasonman.

Primarily I want to see the Lizard. I'd rather see Electro rather then Kraven.

Someone's not gonna get the villain(s) that they want. Which will lead to an ocean of b:tchin.'

There isn't going to be any *****ing from me, even if the villains are the Vulture and the Spot, there would be no *****ing from me. If anything, a smile and a thumbs up.

:yay:

I do wonder what story and villains James Vanderbilt pitched to Sony for them to hire him to write the script. I don't know if this was before or after they hired him, but Infamous_Imijayne from Counting Down.com said they had planned to have the Lizard and Kraven the Hunter. So those two could have been the two that Vanderbilt pitched to Sony or maybe he thought of two different villains to have. Mmmmmm.

Get busy James Vanderbilt, and remember, The Lizard as the main villain, Kraven The Hunter as a secondary villain--use elements from Kraven's Last Hunt, and put some blood on it and kill the kiddy sh:t dead.

Well it was someone from Counting Down named Infamous_Imijayne who has a connection to the entertainment industry, and she's right most of the time. She said that. It was months ago so I don't think I'll be able to find what exactly she said, lol, but to prove her validity, she did say that they planned on making a Venom spinoff months ago and looked how that turned out, so you never know. In fact she also said that Sony had plans to have Eddie Brock Jr's dad become the new Venom in Spider-Man 5 along with either Black Cat or the Scorpion, and then have Venom and Carnage in Spider-Man 6. Again is it true, I don't know. Maybe it was/is and maybe it wasn't/isn't. We just have to wait for Infamous_Imijayne to say something. I've been trying to get a hold of her on Counting Down, but with no luck. I don't know where she is.

I really hope that is true.

She sounded credible until she said this........yea I'm gonna have to go with false and say she has no connections

Well, I still think that she is credible. She was right about the whole Venom spinoff deal, but maybe Sony just decided to bring in a writer to tell them where to take the story next. So maybe they completely scrapped those ideas for 4, 5, and 6 and waited to see what James Vanderbilt had in mind. Whatever it was, it got him the job.

Well, okay then, let's hope she's right about The Lizard/Kraven motif in Spider-Man 4.

So? Anybody could have been right about that. They've been wanting to make a Venom movie for several years now? As for the whole Eddy Brock Sr. and Carnage crap, that was just a symbiote fanboy's wet dream. Unlike the team working on the new Batman movies, the people on the Spider-Man movies sadly don't look that far ahead in terms of who should be in the sequels.

Yeah, that's true, why would Sony look that far ahead, but then decide to bring in a new writer to pitch his own ideas and villains for the fourth one. And she has been right about a whole bunch of stuff in the past, at least according to everyone else on the sight, but who knows, maybe she's right some of the time and completely making stuff up the next. Who knows LOL.
