I think because they've already done Hal Jordan, they might just go the other way and just do John Stewart. I could care less, honestly.

A small part of me wants to see Ryan Reynolds be the cameo Lantern at the end of JL...but we know that's not gonna happen.

We SHOULD get both. John should be introduced in the solo GL movie as a supporting character. He is a supporting character. Not meant to lead a franchise.

Everyone that knows anything about GL knows that Hal is the only one. He's the ****ing main character of the entire series. Leaving him out would be ****ing idiotic. You don't even lose out on much if you leave John outta the entire universe.

Hal is just undoubtedly more important.

John, Guy and Kyle need to be introduced in the solo movies as the primary supporting cast.





Hal is the Batman of the Green Lantern Universe. Sinestro is the Joker of the GLU. John, Guy and Kyle are the Bat family of the GLU.

If JL is being broken up into 2 parts, i think we should see abin sur first. it's still a little underwhelming to me that he didn't show up at the end of mos, nor does it seem likely he shows up anywhere in bvs. those space cops need to stop eating space donuts and do their jobs.

seriously though, if hal is going to have a minor role in jl1, i would hope he gets the ring with abin sur dying in jl1. you could have the league overwhelmed by ares on earth the white martians overwhelming some gl's on mars with darkseid looming over the whole thing, and at the end of part 1 hal gets his ring, as he cracks a wry smile.

A lot of people said the same thing about Gustin and they are eating lots of crow right now. I don't know him but people say he's a good actor and thats what you need for these characters...a good actor, not a popular one.

I have to say that its surprising that we will have 2 movies lead by a minority character and a female solo movie. I think there will be more female leads if the response to WW is positive (which i don't doubt it will be huge, its the one major comic character that still hadn't his own movie). Any way you have to give WB props, they showed guts today

Suggesting John Stewart to lead a movie reboot shows a complete lack of understanding of the mythology, and it makes you look ignorant and uninformed.
