There has been no confirmation. 'Batman vs. Superman' is what's known as a tentative title. Many films begin filming while tentatively titled. Often, that title will change, sometimes it will wind up becoming official.

We'll have to wait and see what happens.

Batman vs Superman is not the official tentative title is it? It's just what Goyer/Snyder have sometimes referred to it as. They've also referred to it as Man of Steel 2.

The official press releases refer to it as "Zack Snyder's untitled Superman/Batman movie", and sometimes (in the same press release) it's also referred to as "the follow up to Man of Steel".

They tried fancying it up by adding some different material pants, but it was too late. The damage had been done. I still remember the reaction to the first picture when it was released. People were laughing too hard about it to be sad about WB's incompetence when it comes to adapting their characters.

I know I am gonna be hated for saying this... But I have just never been impressed with most anything Fourth World related outside of Darkseid, Dessad, Mr. Miracle and Barda. Everything else could disappear forever and I would not shed one tear. I know it's inevitable, but I actually am not that keen on seeing Apokalips or any of that stuff in a JLA film. I was already a bit sour on those characters and FINAL CRISIS just sealed the deal for my distaste.
