For some reason (lighting maybe?), the Batsuit here looks a bit like the BB Batsuit:

It's because the TDK suit was kind of scrawny in TDK, in this film it seems to be the best of both worlds, the same design as TDK but giving off the BB vibe.

I will always love the BB batsuit. If they would just alter the cowl to more of the shape of TDK style, that to me would be the perfect batsuit.

I'm still rooting to at least see batman in the Tumbler one last time. It would be sweet to see both the bat and cat in the batpod and the batmobile, all in black side by side, going doing the streets of Gotham. Just one last time to say goodbye.

Yeah, I've got the be honest, it feels wrong to me that we may only see the batpod/bat in this movie... with the camo Tumblers being for the villains. IDK it's such an iconic vehicle that started it all, I'd love to see Batman in his "car" one last damn... damn you, Joker

I'm gonna miss the tumbler. But I've kind of gotten over not seeing it in Rises. I'd love to see it in the newly built Batcave at the very least though. Along with the BB suit.

Exactly. I liked TDK suit. But the way in which its being shot in TDKR makes me like it even more.

Yup for me too...
I just realized, Gosh, a lot of people who call themselves as Batfanatics hate Bale so much and treat people who like Bale as Batman as 'a youngster who just knew Batman and know nothing'..
And they keep saying " F_ck Bale, Conroy (or Keaton) is the most definitive Batman!"

Well, maybe Conroy once criticized Bale's voice in one comic-con.. But in the next comic con, he said that everyone misinterpret what he said. And he said Bale is the most definitive live action Batman.

First, how can people compare Conroy and Bale?
Yep, they are both Batman. But they are in different media.
It's like comparing Cristiano Ronaldo and Kobe Bryant..

Comparing Keaton and Bale..
OK, i must say, the actor himself cannot make a great Batman (even in any role) without a good story, a good script and a good director.
Every handsome and Oscar winning actor won't be a great Batman if they have story, script, and director like B&R had.
I grew up in Keaton era, I watched B'89 and Returns multiple times.
Keaton was very good. eventhough his Wayne persone is a little goofy sometimes. But I enjoy his performance.

Bale? Yep, he is the best Batman. Not only because of his looks and his acting ability, but he is supported by a very good story, script and director.
I love Bale as Batman, because I feel connected with his Batman, watched from the beginning, his training, how he got his gadgets, how he endure all those bad things in TDK, and now face his fate in TDKR.
Those unforgettable quotes, "Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up", "Why So Serious?", etc..
Thanks for Nolan brothers' story and those memorable quotes.

I think, that 'very good story' like Nolan has done is What Keaton would like to do,
“I never saw the other ones [in the 1990s] but I saw most of the one that starred Heath Ledger which, if you me, is off-the-charts. Amazing stuff. The whole thing was great, everyone involved is great. That approach and that tone is exactly what I wanted to do with the third film when we first talked about it. I really believed that Batman had the potential to be one of the coolest guys in cinema. I wanted to go back and remind people of where this character came from. Yeah, I was really hoping for a more BB voice when he's talking to people. I guess it's 24/7-TDK growl.

"With your help I might" is the only Bats line we have heard from TDKR I'm not that fond of so far, guess it might work better in context though.

I just hope we get a moment like "SWEAR TO ME!" and "WHERE IS HE!" in TDKR, full-on angry Bats with super-growl.

Overall I heart Bale's Bat-voice, always and forever. It's bad-ass to me.

Batvoice in TDKR has been fine by me so far. The ones I didn't like in TDK where the ones where he's giving long speeches so until we hear those in TDKR, I can't really say if they used the BB or TDK voice.

As someone who used to prefer BB suit over TDK, the way they've shot it in TDKR has actually made me do a 180.

Funny thing also is I think they managed to make the BB suit look pretty bad in TDK as well, for the short time it was there. I definitely think it's all to do with how they shot TDK.

I don't think neither BB- or TDK-suit are fantastic, but they are both good and have their own pros and cons. A mix of them for TDKR would have been awesome. I'm glad they improved the neck though and I also think they made him look broader and more imposing in some way.

I think TDK voice,maybe just a little difference.In trailers and tv spots he has more growling sound than raspier. I just don't hear anything to think that he has BB voice.
