I think that's a good idea in theory, but I see it leading to a lot of those long debates we all love so much.

"You gave too much of a description of my characters' powers!"

This could be avoided by the owners coming up with descriptions for their own characters. That way opponents can't give too much information to their own characters.

That makes sense. They could post them when they post their lineup -- that way if there's some issue (e.g., "Um, all you said about Superman is that he's 'really super'") we could hash it out then.
