I'm surprised this has gone unnoticed, since he will have a lot of screen time with Mr. Oldman;

Joseph Gordon-Levitt

We should have seen it this whole time...

Wow...crazy. Two Gordon's...Two? Two plus two = four...four? As in fore...a commonly used phrase in golf. Golf...yes...a golf club. A golf club resembles....*Gasp*...The Riddler cane. ****...it was right there in front of our faces all along...Levitt is playing John Blake AKA Edward Nygma. :wow:

I hope he does some headbanging next to the new batsignal...

He should have been there at the end of TDK to break it with his headbang instead of Gordon's axe.

I know the lad is in his late twenties, but I can't for the life of me see JGL as a "beat cop" or even a rookie.

He still looks fifteen to me. It's not a question of if he can act, it's how he is.

To you. How he is to you.

Not to everybody else.

Since Joseph Gordon Levitt is thirty years old in real life, that means that it's realistic enough for a thirty year old to look that young, since ya know, it's real life.

And if he's real enough for real life, he's real enough for Batman.

FO REAL.

^ I wanted to make the same argument, but you phrased it much better than I could. :yay:

I think body language has a lot to do with it too. Joe as himself seems WAY younger but if he has to be older he's going to adjust himself to suit. Plus make up and costuming, etc. It won't be THAT hard to pull off.

John Blake is the blandest name I have ever head

*Apologies to potential John Blake's reading this.

lol. I have a friend named Jon Blake.

Anyway I can buy Levitt as a rookie cop , why not , he's played a soldier ( Stop Loss)

Sometimes he looks younger. This commercial came out like a month ago.

I question if you've ever actually seen what a fifteen year old looks like.

Rather than 15 year olds on television that apearantly look like 22 year old Tom Welling.

lol, so uh yeah JGL as John Blake should be good..
