Mass Effect 3 - Part 1

Maybe PSM are imitating PSN and melting down?

I hate to say this to you too havok but i didn't have that problem on my desk top ether. what worked best in ME1 with biotics' was lift warp and push besides barrier, along with shooting . lift and warp work best with the combo of shooting your guns. and it's best to shoot crouched down in that game. latter part helps with the cross hairs.

You know I was cool with jacob. I should talked on that freaking forum .
I did have interesting conversation with him about him and miranda not being sure on what Cerberus did to my body and what they have inside me and him saying that Cerberus likes to control everything. I'm hoping he and Miranda have mordin working on a way to ruin Cerberus plans if they have some way of controlling me. I refused to be controlled by them.

also i still hope i g et that wish on a optional Dlc which will allow me to have kaden back if i had to sacrifice him in ME1 if I want that . where it's a kaden that's been waiting to take his revenge on the reapers and he's back as a bad ass with some cyborg parts or nantie implants since that Explosion.

as for Wrex not being on your squad . that make sense he's ruler of th crogan right he has to keep the others in line and in a ship of his own. doesn't mean he won't support you though ot that there won't be a misson where he's on your squad once.

if I had my chose though I take them all. I still need a spy type guy though. damn you bioware why haven't you bought out obsidan yet? hehe.

I hope they can bring back Kaiden too.

So I can let him die again.

I always brought the dialogue bar to "I don't want to hear about it." or "I'm too busy."

I always figured he was evolving powerwise it's not the first time they showed a character having that issue and it turned out to be that. there was some character in star ship troopers the animated series that had the same powers and it turned out to be that when ever he had a head ache. and few other places where a character had that same issue. Anway I said optional where he's a bad ass. if he's that it'll be a waste if he's too help to you to kill him. it'll be pointless. lol

Well they attribute his headaches to side effects of the L2 series implants that all L2 users undergo in some shape or form since that gen of Biotic implants was apparently really crappy.

Shepard by comparison if he is a biotic is an L3 user and I think Jack can give you schematics for L5 implants (for her own use) if I'm not mistaken.

I think if you choose to play as an Adept in the second game, you're fitted with the L5 implant from the get go.

Just checked and you're correct.

Anyway as Kaidan explains it for some reason his Biotics would decrease if he switched to L3's. Not sure if that applies to switching to the L4 and L5 series but I wonder why this is.

The L2 implants were more powerful than L3 implants, which had more safeguards in place to keep the biotics safe - which L2 implants did not, so technically the increase in power was due to more freedom in allowing the power to flow.

I'm not sure in the case of L4, but given that Jack states the L5 schematics would make her biotic power increase, one can assume that the evolution of implant technology makes for a safe increase of power with L5s.

Ah, I was wondering if it had to do with some kind of pain/power relationship since Kaidan describes L3's as pain-free and I remember Jack saying the point of the Cerberus experiments on her was something about pain breaking down barriers.

I'm actually happy lol, now I don't have to juggle it with Skyrim and they get extra time to polish.

Not totally surprised that this happened but a lot of stuff (like the fling w/Kelly) got put in at the last minute as a result of the extra time that resulted when they pushed ME2 back till Jan so I'm all for it if we get similar goodies pushed in.

I'm almost positive we'll see it released during mid-late Jan like they did with ME2.

Good, I thought it was too soon to release it this year. This will give them time to give us a great game and not something that seems rushed.

Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

I'm okay with it. I'll take it whenever I can get it, obviously, but if the devs feel they need more time with it, go for it. I'm not so anxious for it that I'd want to get a potentially disappointing finished product sooner rather than a great product later. Plus, plenty of other games can occupy my attention until its release.

It allows me to procrastinate my ultimate playthrough through the 2nd.

Yeah, I gotta go back and do a definitive playthrough on ME and ME 2 myself. Right now I've only got my very first playthrough of ME complete and importable, which I kind of bumbled through because I didn't know any better. I'd make some different choices now if I could, knowing what comes later.

This was so obvious from the beginning, I'm not at all surprised.

I was wondering where BioWare got all the personnel to work on and release, what, like 5 or 6 DLC segments while simultaneously getting within a year of releasing ME 3. But I figured maybe they were just using some of their devs from other BioWare offices. (I think the Montreal one usually handles ME, right?)

As excited I am about this, like I said earlier there is a sense of sadness knowing this will be the end of Shepard's tale.

Unless they do some sort of prequel leading up to Mass Effect.
