Now, it this legitimate? I will admit, I am currently backtracking on all of the posts I have missed, and as a result and slightly behind the news - but the acquisition of the reservations seemed too easy.

They are gonna need a $$@# Ton of people if they really want to fill that stadium. Theres also something about the announcement not being public yet, so I guess only guys like us know about it for now.

As for it being legit, I signed up with them for another movie by me that shot this past Saturday night. They were working with another casting company (for paid extras that I've worked with in the past), and did a good job. They fed us well with Subway & Dominos Pizza as well as fruit, water & pop. There were raffles as well - autographed DVDs, iPod Nanos, iPads & 37" TVs. All good.

Yeah, their website looks ridiculous. It made me doubt them but glad to hear that it's legit.

I was a bit leery of them before too, but I know they've been around for at least a couple years. I believe they even helped cast a bunch of extras for "The Fighter" in '09.

I believe they only do non-paying casting, but didn't their ad for TDKR say it was paid work?

I received confirmation from the Pittsburgh-based casting agency that BeInAMovie is legitimate:

(via Facebook) It's legit. It's for promotional or unpaid extras for the movie for one day of filming. We, along with the LA casting company that was at the open call, will be booking the paid extras for the entire run in Pittsburgh.

A black-frame vehicle appearing to be rigged for filming was seen driving up and down the runway in the late morning, accompanied by a silver van. A yellow vehicle described as a "dragster car" also was seen traveling on the runway with the same silver minivan. Also seen was a flatbed truck carrying two scissor lifts.
