Person Of Interest - Part 2

Captain Boomerang! :awesome:

Yeah. Deleting it probably made it worse since it got Samaritan's attention. Shaw getting all hot and bothered with Tomas was hilarious. :funny:

Maybe 10 pm is 2 late for a show like this for most people

That's what I was like when he showed up. Lol

Hit another series low in ratings last night. Ugh. I still don't get it.

Rating should pick up as the next few episodes are gonna be a 3 part episode and they usually promote those quite heavily.

''Macaulay crew in LA'' A reference to Heat :woot:,

POI's ratings were down about the same percentage as both the NCIS shows before it (13-14%) from the last new episodes 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping it's a momentary dip. Based on comments on many different sites, the old people and women who used to watch/like the show complain about all the serialization, lack of numbers of the week, late start time, and Carter being gone.

Yeah. Seems like they're going big again.

Thanks everybody for watching. Hang on to your hats. The next run of episodes is crazy. #PersonOfInterest

Reese looked like Aiden Pierce from Watch Dogs. :)

I wasn't a big fan of this weeks ep, the stuff with Shaw and Pep Thiefiola just felt too cliche for her IMO and they really didn't show anything that made him stand out as some genius thief.

Root saved things though, her mission with Finch was decent and her banter with Shaw was great as always.

Wasn't crazy about the last episode. I felt like Reese was too much on the backburner. I like it best when Reese is at the forefront and you sprinkle in the rest of the crew.

Woah :wow: Dominic was in the same class when Finch gave his speech on Pi back in season 2

Isn't Nadya the fake profile Finch created for Shaw last season?

This was the show at it's best for me, an interesting number of the week that blends seamlessly into one of the overarching plots on the show with a side garnish of the other main overarching plot.

I could have watched a show just about Dani Silva and her story, I could see the character popping up again down the line, and that action sequence at the end with Bear and the pool escape was cool.

Samaritan's Ice Queen is a badass, her vs Shaw should be gooood! :D

Dominic is one menacing guy, his articulation and cold matter of fact manner is intimidating and played pitch perfect by the actor. I get the feeling either Reese or Shaw are going to say "We all die in the end" to him, before putting him down.

Did anyone else get the feeling there was a second mole? Ortiz seemed like he had no idea about the IA investigation or the murder and framing.

I'm also enjoying the dynamic with Reese and his shrink.

It was indeed another great episode that shows what a well-written show this can be when they weave the overarching story with the number of the week seamlessly. I started seeing how some of the pieces with the Brotherhood were falling into place once Silva was found out as undercover but it still made for an excellent episode. While it was a bit odd that Finch didn't connect MINI to Dominic sooner, it was probably just that we saw all the stuff go down between the Brotherhood members while Team Machine didn't and thus knew his real identity. It'll be interesting to see how Shaw's situation plays out since her cover is now blown and Samaritan will begin backtracking her past movements to find the others. I do get the feeling that Root will be the one saving Shaw from Martine since you didn't see her tonight but has a tendency to show up when she's needed the most.

Another fantastic episode. I'm loving the gang warfare element plus the battle with Samaritan. Dominic is as smart as he is ruthless. This show does such a great job in raising the stakes for the characters. How badass was Martine in that bar scene? Dani Silva was so hot! Loved how her character reminded Reese of Carter. The writers do a great job in referencing her. The tension in that final scene with Shaw and Martine was excellent.

Love how this show escalates. Cannot wait for next week.

The ratings went up a bit. Maybe because it was Reese centric?

I think you are right about Root as she is the one worried about Shaw in the promo. I think her identity being blown will start the ramping up of things going into the second half of the season between team machine and Samaritan.

Thanks man. Reese protecting Elias for a second time only with all the cards on the table now, should be great!

That blonde female from Samaritan moves like the Terminator. :yay:

Good episode that sets up some interesting possibilities.

I love how this show is executing its vision. Doesn't seem to be bound or restricted by network executives wanting them to do things.
