Name that movie... How long do you reckon the stadium scene is(and is it good? :P)?

Question:
Only Gordon and Batman know about the lie?

What about Gordon's son, he knew Batman didn't do anything wrong and at 8 years later he is 16 or 17 years old. Does that come into play during TDKR?

Not to mention Gordon's wife and daughter were there too.

Listen people - either this guy is lying or Goyer is lying. take your pic. Goyer said they had the final scene in their minds since BB.you mean to tell me they imagined this John Blake character finding the batcave as the final scene this whole time? i don't think so- these "spoilers" are complete bs

He never said that. He and Nolan had the final scene in their minds since August 2008, it was the first thing they wrote for TDKR. I've read several other articles where he said it. I don't know why it's changed there.

Damn!

[blackout]Bruce sleeps with Talia, and likely will get to second base with Catwoman before the movie is over.[/blackout]

Only Bats can get that type of action. :awesome:

And it's during the film's climax? Geekgasm of the century. :woot:

Indeed, indeed. :funny:

Isn't that happening just right before the Gordon/Bats reveal? OMG. Back to back geekgasms! :wow:

Apologize if this has been brought up, but is it believable on how they make Bruce disappear to that prison and his escape and return to Gotham? Hopefully it makes sense but if the largest city in America was in some kind of lock down how do you get in and out easily?

The city is in Martial Law, controlled by Bane's men. Obviously, Bane and his men as well as Selina know that Bruce is gone. When Selina try's to escape town, and is caught by Blake and interviewed. Where Blake ask's if he's alive and she says I don't know, that is almost right after Bruce is thrown in Bane's prison all the way across the world (It is never said where this prison actually is, only that its across the world. One would assume some where around China or Mongolia) She only saw the savage beating that Bane put on Batman, not if he was killed or not. It is never directly referenced about Bruce being Missing, a minor flaw I guess you could say. I think everyone is worried about staying alive themselves during this period which lasts about 30 days or so in the movie. But covered in like 30 minutes of movie.

That might be the greatest little 5-10 minutes in superhero movie history. :wow:

Now we know why Bale was smiling after reading the script. :lmao:

Yes. Ever been in a real IMAX theater before? Seat location is important for IMAX. It can either be the greatest or worst theatrical experience ever depending on where you sit.

You know good point. I saw transformers 3 in IMAX and I felt bad for people who sat in the front

A comment is made by the Congressman seen in the clip with Foley at the Benefit that Gordon's wife has taken the kids to Cleveland, because Gordon can't stop working so much. That is all he kids or wife are mentioned.

I think what amuses me the most is that it seems,
Gordon is gonna be there to watch it. :oldrazz:

:funny:

I find it hilarious too that it seems that it's always the

women that always initiate the kiss. :hehe:

What is Catwoman's connection with Bane and what motivates her to change sides?

Again, sorry if that's been asked before.

what exactly happens to make bane end up carrying the half of a bat mask away? is the beating that brutal?

I figured Martial Law i just was wondering how realistic they made that part of the movie, his capture and return. It makes sense there would be confusion but maybe I'm thinking to much of it, if New York City was seemingly held ransom with some threat of a doomsday device I would have to believe the Government would be watching every perceivable way of escaping or re entering the city.

Apparently there is...
...a literal adaptation of this:

Bane lifts Batman above his head and then snaps him over his knee.

He's taken from the city before Bane blows up the Football field and initiates Martial Law.

One thing that did annoy me is this, after Bruce escapes from the Prison (Climbs the wall) he gets out into day light and the next thing he's clean shaven and showing up on the streets of Gotham after Selina saves the kid with the apple. No explanation of how he got back with no money or anything.

HA!! Right?!
Poor Bruce. Such an easy target. :oldrazz::cwink:

Ehh.. Cleveland? I'd rather be in Bane's Gotham than Cleveland.

That is weird, I figured Nolan is always about being super realistic as much as possible, maybe he just called Alfred again?
