If that happens, Nolan will successfully piss off a LOT of fanboys. Myself included.

be prepared to be pissed off. He basically killed Ra's.
I was a big fan of Catwoman killing Bane after Batman *defeated* him.
Depends on how you look at it. I don't consider it murder since he didn't chain Ra's to the console or break his arms and legs to immobilize him. I was a big fan of Catwoman killing Bane after Batman *defeated* him. However, if Batman, perhaps that motivates him to hang up the cowl before he becomes a monster.kills Bane
Is it too far-fetched? Batman is forced to kill...breaks his one rule...and his redemption/rising is sacrificing himself?

Now if we had an Azrael-Batman like in Knightfall, then we could have "Batman" kill Bane. But Bruce? No. He doesn't kill. It's a core value of his character.
I'm hoping we don't get an Iron Man like hybrid character, if there's any possibility any influence of Azrael... which I doubt.
When were the spoilers debunked?and link to the spoilers please,if anybody has them.Thanks.
Obvious post is obvious.Do you think this will get to 100 threads before the film is released?

"I wont kill you, but I don't have to save you.........from this crashing train that will surely blow you to pieces"

He didn't say "I'm no killer" like in year one. He said "I'm not an executionner". Which fits this take of the character, which is grounded. He can't always avoid death in his line of work, because he faces extreme situations. Like with the garbage truck in TDK. The guy is oviously dead, but he had to stop it. He didn't execute him, he stopped him, and in the course of events, the guy died. Same for Harvey. He didn't kill him. He savec James Jr, but this lead to Harvey's death.
He won't execute Bane if he can avoid it. but he may have to provoke someone's death to avoid the death of hundreds of persons.
which is following my 'he unintentionally kills someone (Bane) and decides to lock up the beast known as batman' theory.
