Lee gonna kill me.
So... that Parker kid. I don't like him.

Ok I think I might just tell my friends to do that too. I went to the Avengers with out buying tickets before hand, and they were sold out. Then I had to go to another theater 30 minutes away.It could be sold out. Buy the tickets off of fandango.com or movietickets.com
I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Nolan kills Bruce Wayne and has "John Blake" take up the mantle. It seems very... logical, actually.
But that's just the point: Wayne =/= Batman, not in Nolan's world. We'll probably start seeing more reviews tomorrow, yes? It's a shame I'm going to be out of town during the midnight screening so I won't be able to see this with my friend who's favorite superhero is Spider-Man.
Ugh. Let's hope not.
Wayne = Batman. If Batman ends, the 'man' Wayne needs to end or Wayne as Batman needs to end.
EDIT: Nevermind. Misremembered the quote. D'oh!And the whole point of TDK is that Gotham needs a hero with a face. A symbol like Batman can only be so inspirational.
And the whole point of TDK is that Gotham needs a hero with a face. A symbol like Batman can only be so inspirational.
And so Batman can become the hero with a face via Bruce Wayne.Yet, at the end of it all, Batman is still "the hero Gotham needs."
What happened to this thread!?
We ran out of reviews to post, so now we are talking about Batman lol. What happened to this thread!?
It REALLY bugs me that so many reviews states that the 3D isn't all that, and that it's only striking in a few sequences! VERY irritating to me, seeing how I really thought this here film would be one of the few cases where a movie truly showed 3D's full potential!! And it seemed so fitting for Spidey! :-( I'm bummed out that it doesn't seem to be all that good... damn
I thought Toy Story 3 was a good use of the medium. But I suppose it's easier with animation, eh?^ I do too... It's just that filmmakers and crew have been gushing about the 3D since the beginning of this thing, calling the new Red Epic camera's 3D capabilities outstanding, comparing it to the 3D of Avatar. Why the **** is it so hard to make good use of 3D in movies? Should Avatar really remain the only freaken flick where it actually, truly worked!? I want ASM to deliver on that front as well! :-(
This is a good example of 3D being hit or miss with just about everyone, because I thought the 3D in Toy Story 3 was pretty badI thought Toy Story 3 was a good use of the medium. But I suppose it's easier with animation, eh?
